Unable to get assistance to replace a faulty TV under warranty it's been over 32 days so far and no information on when my replacement TV will be sent. Horrible service, no regard for the customer at all. How would you like to be without a TV for that long? Communication is abismal, so disappointed as I used to be an advocate 😞
