Watch our for their products linked to installsWe ordered a wall oven and Stovetop. It was a good price and free delivery for both so that was a benefit. The installation price felt unreasonable but to make it easy we went ahead, over $700 to install both. The installation guys walked in and immediately told me how they could install it and they needed another $945 on top of over $700 I had paid. One task was where the wall over was to go in, The last person who installed the oven added a small 10mm high x 30mm deep x 500mm wide piece of pine as padding, they wouldn't touch it as part of the instal and the quote to remove that was $495. SCAM, it took me less than 10 minutes to remove it (including moving the oven out and onto the floor. In addition to this, We paid $340 to have to cooktop installed, The cooktop comes with everything you need including an LPG converter. We were promptly told that the Convert isn't covered as part of the install cost and it would be an additional $220 for this. So I am not sure what the $340 covered. Taking the old one out and placing the new one into the same size whole, FYI, the LPG conversion kit takes about 6 minutes to do. SCAM. I tried contacting Appliances online about this and they wouldn't engage in any discussions. I won't shop with them again and I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere. We have since asked for a refund for the installation, No responses, I threatened a bank chargeback, but still nothing. I just used chat and they say they will refund the installation cost. A very poor experience. I will still to other companies after this.
