Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

I ordered my new washing machine in a Sunday night and it was delivered and installed on Monday morning by a very friendly and professional father son team. I will most definitely use appliances online in future.

the transaction was easy

the transaction was easy, next day delivery, and the delivery guys were polite and respectful and i haven't seen a better customer service in Sydney and I'm in my late 50s. will recommend this compony value for money and service , i would shop here again

I needed a new washing machine asap

I needed a new washing machine asap , ordered a new one online with Appliances online at around 2pm and had it delivered the next day . I live on the NSW south coast so I didn't expect to get a new washing machine the next day , and on a Saturday awesome service . The delivery guys were also really nice guys and very helpful , took the old machine away . I have told all my friends and family about Appliances online, and i will definitely in future buy from them . Good work guys top service

Super impressed…!

Have recently purchased a few bigger ticket items from Appliances Online / Winning and have been incredibly impressed. Price great yes, but more importantly they take customer experience seriously, they are friendly and helpful, efficient, their processes and tech work well, delivery reliable and everything seamless. They seem like good humans.

Appliances Online are exceptional

After searching for the Westinghouse pyrolitic oven on line over numerous stores we found Appliances Online were by far the cheapest and offered free delivery. From the time of purchase on line we were immediately updated with confirmation of our order, payment in full and pending delivery. The delivery people were also exceptional as to anyone we spoke to at their Warehouse. They also offered free pickup of the old oven to discard as long as it was disconnected and accessible. We would highly recommend Appliances Online for all household needs.

Awesome customer service - consistently good experience

We were very happy with all aspects of service from Appliances Online. We received a faulty appliance, which needed to be confirmed as faulty (according to Bosch procedure) before a return and exchange could occur. The service company (Optimum Electronic Solutions, chosen by Bosch, we had no say in this) was terrible and let everyone else down. After much negotiation with OES who were very slow, disinterested and with awful customer service, they confirmed the faulty item. Appliances Online were fantastic in arranging the return and exchange and refunding the cost difference. Delivery staff were lovely, really helpful, friendly and great communication re delivery time. Well done Appliances Online!

Great prices on specials. Good delivery experience.

Great prices on specials. Good communication. fast delivery. The delivery team were helpful and friendly. They take your old appliance for free. They unpacked and put the new one in place for free too. It was a tumble dryer so no need for an installation service.
