Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

I have used appliances online 4 times. Each time it is so easy to order and gotta love free delivery and set up of appliances and then they take old appliances and all the packaging away. Delivery men have always been brilliant 👏

This is at least my 4 th purchase to date, because…. The Service is 5 Stars all the way…. Stress Free Delivery . Each Delivery Team has been…. Professional, accommodating, punctual, and respectful. Great Value For Money Products FREE Delivery , and Removal of Old appliances, and packaging. Option for installation of certain products at reasonable prices Choose your delivery date Updates on delivery ETA My own error on one occasion caused me to request a Refund, and this was was done promptly. No one comes close to the incredible prices

No one comes close to the incredible prices that appliances online offer, quick free delivery and reasonable extended warranty option add on, the prices beat both these online and locally. I researched for months for a new oven and these guys were the best in all aspects, variety, cheapest and free quick delivery service.

Good prices and great service. Both customer service on the phone & delivery staff could not have been more helpful. Ordered in the afternoon and my washing machine was delivered the next morning and for less than the major stores.

No delivery after 2 months

We have been waiting over 2 months for a washing machine. We've had to chase it up every few weeks and each time they've given us a different story. The very least they could have done was keep us informed along the way. As it stands we are still waiting, we have been refused a full refund, and there hasnt been any attempt to compensate us for this huge inconvenience. The customer service has been terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Happily double the stars

Happily double the stars! Absolutely amazing service. Chose a reasonably priced washing machine on a Saturday morning after my old one died. Delivered and going by Monday morning. The ability to Afterpay is brilliant to be able to split payment across 2 months. My old one and all associated packaging of the new one was whisked away without me having to do anything. I’m so impressed by the level of service I’ll be coming back for a new fridge soon!

Appliances Online are fantastic

Appliances Online had the dishwasher we wanted at the lowest price I could find. They were also the only ones who offered free delivery and free removal of the old machine. Within 12 hours of ordering it, it was installed and working. The delivery drivers were courteous, pleasant and wonderful. No complaining about how many stairs they had to bring the dishwasher up. Would definitely use this company again.
