Awesome customer service - consistently good experience

We were very happy with all aspects of service from Appliances Online. We received a faulty appliance, which needed to be confirmed as faulty (according to Bosch procedure) before a return and exchange could occur. The service company (Optimum Electronic Solutions, chosen by Bosch, we had no say in this) was terrible and let everyone else down. After much negotiation with OES who were very slow, disinterested and with awful customer service, they confirmed the faulty item. Appliances Online were fantastic in arranging the return and exchange and refunding the cost difference. Delivery staff were lovely, really helpful, friendly and great communication re delivery time. Well done Appliances Online!
