I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

Delivery Drivers were great ..super…

Delivery Drivers were great ..super helpful. I was extremely happy with delivery and service I am a first time user and will definitely go back and use Appliances online again. Sales staff were very helpful and informative. I Couldnt fault them!!

I purchased a BBQ and natural gas…

I purchased a BBQ and natural gas conversion kit, only to find out the kit wasn’t compatible with the model. While the confusion may have stemmed from unclear product listings, I was shocked by how unwilling the company was to help resolve the issue. Despite explaining the situation and the added costs involved, they refused any exchange or support due to rigid return policies. As a professional builder, this was frustrating and embarrassing. Very disappointing outcome and poor customer care — I won’t be buying from them again.

Awesome delivery guys.

This is the second white goods I've purchased through appliances online and this one being a washing machine, the guys installed it and made sure I knew how to run it before they left. Removed all the packaging waste. I am not sure if any other companies do this.

What a joke

What a joke, what a rip off company is that company If you like the Monthy Python stay tuned. I bought an oven $ 1750 plus an installation $ 685 for my tenant. I was not onsite for the 4 weeks process. So far so good The day of the delivery, it appears that the installation would not be possible as my electrical system needed upgrading (safety switch,new piping etc) So far so good I was aware of that. Put your seat belt on, here we go. I received a quote for the upgrade for $1000!!!! Plus the $685 already paid the installation was already at a staggering $1685!!!!!! I refuse the quote. Then it spiralled all down south. They took back the oven which I paid for ………..so no oven. I complained ( I complained by phone at a rate of three times a day over a 4 weeks period ) to a brickwall blaming their colleagues or their system, never their incompetence. New call. Where is my oven? Heu heu, well it seems there is no oven in stock we have to re order it! What? I called you to check with you guys and everything was fine! You even attempted to deliver but took the oven back to the warehouse!!!!! New day new call Where is my oven? We found it. Delivery tomorrow? Great No show the next day New call where is my oven? The warehouse had a mixed up so sorry I forgot to say. « Sorry » that is a word with « apologise », they are fed with, in their marketing meeting booster as I have heard it as much as a zillion times. So next day new call. Where is my oven? Hoooooo so sorry and bla-bla-bla. Next day delivery Great two minutes later I received an email cancelling the delivery Guess what yep right new call where is my oven. Ho so sooooo. Blablalab. My colleague should have never requested an order form it a complicated system and bla-bla-bla but no worries tomorrow bla-bla-bla. Next day the delivery guys finally arrived with the oven lifted up the stairs then told my tenants that they would not be able to leave the oven because they are supposed to take the old one in place only if disconnected. So, here we are, my oven going down the stairs back to the warehouse. Next day Where is my oven? Bla-bla-bla your old oven should be disconnected ? WHAT I just want my oven I never ask you for an exchange new for old !I just want my OVEN full stop. Ho so sorry and bla-bla-bla the system, the warehouse, Jesus Christ has not shown up yet Tomorrow delivery promise. Guess what!!!! halleluia after three weeks the sanctified oven is resting at peace in the kitchen installed the next day by a professional (a word that may not be part of the marketing strategy at Joke online) Next episode of « The oven on the loose » will be, let say the oven is mal functioning!!!!! Warranty!!! An other word they may have problem with. Anyway, now that you have been advised with who you deal with, if you still try and get burnt don’t say you did not know instead apply for a job at Joke on line. No hard feeling just some resilience for some of my fellow Homosapiens or should I say Nehandertal Love you guys just wondering how you are still in business I cannot resist. I recently purchased a Bosch Series 6…

I recently purchased a Bosch Series 6 washing machine from Appliances Online, and I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. I placed the order at 9 p.m., and by 8 a.m. the very next day, it was already being delivered — and we live in the Bass Coast area, where deliveries usually take longer. The delivery team was also fantastic: very friendly and helpful. They even offered to install the machine, which I politely declined as my husband wanted to make a few adjustments in our laundry. Overall, the service was amazing, and I would absolutely recommend Appliances Online to anyone!
