Selling items they don't have in stock

I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.

Great to shop & deal with

We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with. The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great. In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me. Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

Customer service is always excellent.

Customer service is always excellent. Very helpful when a glitch occurred in payment process on a long weekend. Ordered for an elder neighbour on my account easy to input different name. delivery address and payment method. They even ended up with a small refund due to price change. Very quick delivery. With price match will never buy from anyone else without checking Appliances Online first. All very happy

Excellent service

Excellent service. The website is easy to use and compare products. A free delivery, installation and removal of old appliances is a fantastic service and much appreciated. The delivery/installation guys are always pleasant and efficient. The prices are competitive too. I have used Appliances Online several times now and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Great first time experience purchasing online

This was the first time I purchased any white good online (after reviewing products on Choice) and I was apprehensive about doing so. After not being able to find the washing machine I wanted via brick and mortar stores I found it on AO, truthly I felt I took a gamble in purchasing online but I couldn't be more wrong with my experience with AO. I am very happy with my purchase and with the installation process. I was able to get the washing machine delivered the next day after the Easter long weekend, I paid $75 for a confirmed delivery window which was very helpful. PLUS they took away my old machine for FREE which was another massive bonus with the purchase! The two gentleman who delivered and installed the washing machine were incredibly efficient, proffessional and diligent with everything, I cannot commend them enough! AO will be my first port of call in the future for all white good purchases. Very happy and positive experience with them and I'm happy to leave a positive review!

APPLIANCES ONLINE

It is so easy ordering appliances from Appliances Online. So far I've ordered a washing machine, a dishwasher, both of which were installed and the old appliances removed, and recently a cooktop and exhaust fan. I ordered the wrong exhaust fan and they were only too happy to replace it and refund the difference in cost. You can get your delivery within days and also the price is very competitive. If you find it cheaper elsewhere they will match it. How easy is that? Sitting at your computer, next thing your new appliances are installed and working. You couldn't ask for more!

Easy to find and compare products you are looking for. Excellent price and exceptional service, especially from the delivery team. Frequent updates as to when my appliance would arrive, removed and took packaging away for me as well as took my old appliance, which I had ready to go. The guys were great! Truly happy with the customer service!

A job well done!

The guys were fantastic in the delivery of my dads new washing machine and taking the old one away. The friendly nature and the can do attitude made the whole process so easy and simple.
