In depth training broken down to manageable portions, extremely knowledgeable teachers. Highly recommend for everyone regardless of previous knowledge.

Their trainings are very intense and involves a lot of hands on practice. They also employed their trainees or help them get jobs. I will recommend them for anyone that want to get into the trade.

I attended a 6 week training course with NAC and the training was excellent. The course content was brilliant and the fact of being able to access all of the training content on the portal indefinitely is superb! Our trainer Lee Robinson was extremely knowledgable and informative. He coached us through in extensive detail and really helped me understand the ins and outs of appliance testing and part exchanging. Top top course, would recommend to anyone interested in getting into this trade.

My experience with this training centre was brilliant as the trainer thought me everything that I need to become a highly skilled whitegoods engineer.

The course is an excellent insight into the knowledge of faultfinding and repair of kitchen appliances. I think basic technical knowledge at level 2 (Electrical) is required to fully benefit from this course. Nevertheless, I think the content was adequate and the delivery was excellent by Lee Robinson. I thought having an excellent teacher like Lee made the course accessible for learners of all ability. The only improvement I can suggest is sandwiching some work shadowing in between the 2 weeks or after the completion of each module. I know this is hard to organise but it will definately be worthwhile for the learners to pay a bit extra for this. Thank you Lee

An easy to follow 10-day course offering training in a classroom and workshop environment A great course for those just starting out who want to join a growing industry in appliance repairs. Lee presented the course with easy-to-understand modules. NAC have a vast number of appliances and different brands to get your knowledge up to speed and Lee was always there to answer any questions. Lee’s knowledge and experience is second to none, he is very approachable and always there to help you along and build up your appliance repair skills and knowledge. Would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to get into the appliance repair industry. Looking forward to hopefully very soon going out on the road with an experienced engineer with NAC to gain more experience.

Such a detailed, informative course! Taking all the components and processes of so many household appliances and breaking them down into manageable sections. Lee definitely knows his stuff and doesn't mind answering any questions!

The course was genuinely great. Very informative with a great instructor, I believe my experience with NAC training has been delightful. I’ve acquired much more skills and knowledge in the two weeks than I ever thought I could.

Absolutely brilliant course ! And Lee the engineer that runs the course is a top Guy he’s friendly ,patient and consistent throughout the course nothing is too much trouble for him to explain over & over if needed and his knowledge is exemplary ! I am 57 and have worked as a builder all my life and was looking for a career change ! I am confident that this course has allowed me to do this ! Fantastic training course, felt very very confident going out in the field after doing the two week course. Lee has a wealth of knowledge and an answer for any and every question asked throughout the two weeks. Would recommend to anyone who asks and even those who don't. 10/10
