Very good for either adding to employment personnel file or for learning new skills. Customer support very helpful. Courses very enjoyable to do at your own pace at home or wherever you want. Would definitely recommend!

I bought an IT support refresher course last year that was listed at Β£3000 that dropped to Β£50, bearing in mind we are in 2022, the course was outdated showing information from as far back as 2003, so they added some newer courses onto my profile.
I'm getting through the original course just to realize that this course isn't made for the UK, everything correlates with American Laws and Practices, completely different from UK IT Support. Nothing at all indicates this course was made for Americans, it also includes a ton of stuff about healthcare that isn't mentioned in the original course information.
I purchased this course with the intention to learn about IT support for businesses, not specifically healthcare information. I am in the UK, studying on a .org.uk website so I expect my learning to be UK based. As I'm getting deeper into the course it's telling me to check pages of an unknown book, another mistake within the course. I wasn't given any extra book or file to read along with this course.
You wouldn't be able to use this ' qualification ' in the UK, it's built for Americans. Many subjects speak about state and federal programs & American abbreviations that we do not use here.
The exam for this course is built for Americans, not for UK-based students. How on earth am I supposed to know subjects without this unknown extra piece of information they keep talking about?
This WILL NOT help you with any UK IT support roles and that so-called original pricing of Β£3000 would have me asking for an immediate refund. It's disgusting that such a horribly made course is listed at anything over Β£10 and even worse that I've spent a lot of time investing time and effort into this course.
I can honestly say that I was not expecting such efficient service from a large LMS provider. The team at Apex Learning proved me very wrong. Their communication was pleasant, their service was efficient and they ensured that my problem was resolved without delay. I am glad I chose their platform for my CPD activities. 5 star service from a 5 star company. Well done to the team at Apex Learning.

I registered with APEX in March 2022 for the "TQUK Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (RQF)". All course material was only PDF text documents. Ok, I was surprised but I accepted and was studying. When I completed my first assignment I wanted to discuss it with a tutor and they did not allowed it. They wanted me to complete all the course, submit the assignment in the end all together and only then I would get a feedback, Pretty bad, but it gets worse. In the end of May they have emailed me saying TQUK had cancelled their contract with them and in a phone call George Pitt made it clear that it was because Apex did not pass their Audit. SHAMEFUL. I contacted the awarding body TQUK to get some support since I was undertaking a course approved by them when I first subscribed and they informed me Apex had never informed the awarding body that I was one of their students (after 3 months of registering with Apex). So they want to transfer me to another provider that currently do not offer the course and they previously told me it would be ready by the end of July, which I now find out can still take another 2 months. Who knows if this is really the case. I have tried my best to find another solutions so they can transfer me and they do not accept any loss. Its only their students loss that is acceptable for them. The worse provider ever. Do not undertake a course with apexlearning.org.uk
just completed this course in Advance Diploma in copy writing at Apexlearning. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the course. The course consisted of 10-15 small to medium size modules with small bite size units. its well laid out so you get an easy understanding of the mechanics of that particular area. The course has audio through out thanks Apex I highly recommend this course to anybody with a keen interest in marketing or advertising
The course was very in depth and was easy to follow along with. A typical 10-20 minute video on the course would take me approximately an hour to understand and take notes from.
I would carry out my own research in the background as some of the terminology on the course is not so easy to understand when you do not have any previous experience within the field.
Some of the questions on the assignment could have been worded slightly different as they can be interpretted different ways.
Overall though I enjoyed the course and would happily take on another course with the company as I felt like I learnt a lot and the subject was appropriate for me and to top it off it was cost effective! So thank you APEX :)
The Best platform so far . Courses are easily accessible , very affordable and mostly always on sale .I use them all the time , and I would totally recommend Apex Learning !
Awful company, please avoid them, I accidentally booked a course with these, they wouldn't allow me to cancel after 14 days, my dog had just died of cancer then I had covid for three weeks so was unable to in their timeframe
