From the very start Apex Cargo have been extremely professional, but also friendly and with very good customer service. They are prompt to answer any questions one might have and to rectify any mistakes that might occur. All in all, I would say that they provide an excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend :)
I have used Apex countless times and everytime they deliver without any hiccups. I am alerted of all items they have recieved and packed so i havent had instances where something goes missing. They are always responsive, i highly recommend.

The delivery service is just excellent. I have received all items I bought, always kept updated on the status. Items were packed very nicely and sent to Malawi and received in good order. I recommend Apex Cargo for shipments.
So far I have used the services of Apex Cargo with ease and in full confidence. I have not been disappointed as my goods all arrive in time and intact. There is always someone to assist And I like that they send photos of the goods received from any of my orders.

Apex are trustworthy and work to ensure that the customer receives the best experience. When I had trouble with customs with DHL, because of new Brexit regulations, (Zainab from) Apex took the the problem off my hands and ensured that the parcel was delivered to me with minimum stress. Incredibly amazing service! My parcel was only shipped today, I haven’t received it yet, but I’m already leaving a review because that’s how pleased I am with their professionalism, speed in dealing with enquiries, friendliness of the staff and just and epic epic epic company all round!
