Seemed like a canned analysis. Names popping up, however, are doors to be opened, questions to be answered. I have additional information, such as when a marriage shows only one child. I know of addi... See more

I'm not too impressed. I thought when I paid and sent in my DNA I would actually find out more about my ancestry. If I want to know more I have to pay whatever other dollar amount to unlock a fact. At least I know who my parents are.
Gave me good information and kept me updated
I'm not able to open up my results it just keeps telling me reload the page or sorry come back and it's been going on for about two days now. I saw it one time now I can't get back into it
I was looking for answers about my family, got the best surprise of my life. Found my daughter after 36 years. I couldn't have dreamed a better outcome. Thank you. Gary S
wish the results were more detailed and didn’t use over-generalized bar graphs to show regions. I was expecting more of a report style result that provided specific details.
Well I liked when you gave info. But you do very little without pushing for a pay out. I gave you more info than you gave me. Several family members did this. But strange you could not connect any of us. But the constant give us money ruin the entire thing.
Can’t get into the program. All you want to do is sell us more stuff. Sorry my daughter spent her money on this app.
WARNING: This company will charge you even after you turn off your auto renew. They're greedy money hungry and do not care about you as an individual! If you get help from anyone in customer service named Daniel, be prepared to be lied to and have them do absolutely nothing to help you at all, even when you're in the right. If you're reading this ancestry, you should fire him because he has no idea what the word customer service means. And I will be seeking legal action if I don't get my refund.
I am not able to pull up my new DNA results!! Tried to contact Ancestry, but no response!!!!
Thanks for all
Years ago, I had my DNA test done with HeritageDNA and found it very rewarding, plus they provided me with a long list of relatives. I thought Ancestry.com, being the leader, would've offered at least as much. Instead, I was provided only vague, generalized information, nothing regarding past relatives, and a short list of only four potential relatives. It's too bad that any potentially helpful feature requires one to get into an extended payment plan. Disappointing.
I lost my sibling and parents. Ancestry led me to a half brother. We face time everyday and we both are making up for our lost childhood together. His family discovered their race and culture and I gained a whole new family!
I found that it wasn’t accurate on a lot of levels. It identified only one of my uncles and identified him as my first cousin and only one of my cousins and identified her as my second being my first cousin also I’m a black Native American my ancestors were here before the colonizes came which makes me aboriginal to this land, your review kept stating African-American and what you no way identified me as having any aboriginal ancestry
Your dna kit and your website is easy to use. I got my kit as a gift and it has been so much fun seeing where I came from!
Haven't really discovered anything yet. Hard to navigate, and seems to want to upsell.
Very nice came fast and with all information!
Seems as if I did most of the work finding my relatives. And I did the research for free. You didn’t provide me with new information. Only hot hints to my email after I provided information on my tree this is Very disappointing.
Im very confused i need help sorting this all out
Very disappointed with the results and the family tree produced. It seems I have to pay more if I need and further branches. Im a pensioner and don’t have that extra cash that you need. I got the DNA test from my daughter as a present.
