Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

Amtico did flooring for Countryside developer in my property. Floor developed bumps and waves after a few months. Amtico missed several agreed appointments before their started fixing floor. They sent subcontractor to feather finish. He made subfloor more rough and unlevelled and abandoned job when I asked him to sand it so it's smooth and levelled before he lays floor on top it.

Be upfront about shrinkage of your flooring products. When you make sample boards for a supplier's showroom, make them with gaps to show what the product will look like after installation. I have gaps up to 3mm wide in places.

As so many other have said Amtico in a new build house only just 5 years old, it’s everywhere down stairs apart from living room. The floor has gone green!!! In front of the patio doors which are south facing!! Which is half of the kitchen floor!! Disgusting, but the amount it cost. Also the heat has made the gaps very wide. Looks an absolute mess. Don’t waste your money on it!!!

I really can't understand all the negative reviews on Amtico, I'm honestly shocked! I had Amico Signature Classic Walnut fitted throughout the ground floor of my home in 2012 and can hand on heart say, its the best investment I have made for my home. I have children and 2 dogs (1 being a spaniel... say no more!) and is a very busy household and the flooring is still as good as the day it was fitted. I did go to an Amtico One retailer and the advice from the store was second to none, from point of selecting the product & fitting. We vacuum or sweep daily and clean the floor using Amtico floor cleaner for regular maintenance, it is so easy! I have recently just purchased more for my Bathroom & En-suite as I know how good the product is and wouldn't hesitate to buy again for other rooms and would recommend to everyone!

Very surprised reading a lot of these reviews. I bought Amtico Spacia in the Sun Bleached Oak for most of the ground floor of my house about a year ago and it’s been the easiest thing to look after. It was recommended by a friend who said it was brill. We paid a bit extra and went to one of the top retailers, Amtico One I think. The advisor ran through all the maintenance and even gave us a couple of the mats for the front door and back door to stop the grit getting walked through. The fitters did a fantastic job which took a week and even showed us how to clean it. About to get the bath and en suite done in the Signature range and can’t wait to see it finished.

Had my Amtico flooring fitted across my whole kitchen before the kitchen was fitted in 2019. The tiles were left in the room for a week before they were fitted so as to acclimatise them. Covered the flooring while the kitchen was fitted and after lifting the covering found that there were gaps between the tiles. We called in Amtico who said there must have been a sun !! strike because of the large patio doors. Now we have found the gaps are getting bigger and the tiles have faded so badly they are a totally different colour. I can’t pull out the whole kitchen to have a new floor fitted because this is cost prohibitive, you have something fitted because of being British made and have to face the consequences of poor quality my advice is don’t buy it go to another manufacturer.
