Amtico has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and customer service.
I would say it was an all round good experience from my visit to the showroom with their vast range of flooring plus staff being so helpful including a visit to check how it would be practical etc and staff arriving on time and being so professional and helpful in completing my flooring
Fitter took time respected the property and furniture .would definitely recommend . fitter and flooring .very pleased
I recently had an issue with tiles picking up and fading - I contacted the company and they dealt with it in a very speedy and efficient way. The product is excellent and this is matched by the service
Beautiful floor laid very skillfully. Warranty registration process easy and prompt. One issue - as tiles are supplied in 2sqm packs, we were left with 1.65sqms of expensive tiles. Perhaps packs should be supplied in 1sqm quantity.

I thoroughly regret purchasing Amtico LVT flooring. I visited a local flooring shop and they recommended Amtico and it was their best seller, the shop was also recommended to me so thought I would be in good hands. So, I locked down the flooring choice but when the independent fitter came round and commented that the quality wasn't as good as it once was and it wasn't even made in the UK anymore. I spoke the shop and wanted to explore other options to, only for them to assure me the quality was good and the particular LVT I opted for was made in England. They went on to say it is very durable and highly scratch resistant. I guess I believed it. Now not long after installation, I have a floor that is covered with scratches, and this is in a low footfall with shoes on area. I'm not sure how they can even sell this garbage to people and call it highly scratch resistant. Wasted thousands of pounds on flooring that is not fit for purpose. Update: thanks for your response, I will reach out to you soon as it is becoming evident the store I purchased your product from doesn't care and isn't bothered about resolving this issue - they have been paid, right - so what do they care!

We bought a amtico signature range for our hall and kitchen as it stated it was hard wearing and scratch resistant. This cost thousands of pounds as we thought the investment would be worth it long term, how wrong we were! Scratched within 24 hours of being laid and is now covered in scratches throughout. Who can I contact at amtico to come and see this as the fitters want nothing to do with it! Almost £6000 of flooring that I now have to cover in mats to stop it looking any worse. It is barely 6 months old. Absolutely nothing hard wearing about this, previous Karndean floor has been much better quality!

I have always loved Amtico having had it in a previous house. I wanted a floor with character that works in a high traffic area straight from front door. It has been tough and hard wearing, easy to keep clean. It has not faded even though it has had light coming through the main front door. It looks fabulous and we are really happy with it.

Purchased the Amtico Click Smart, colour Lyme for my Bathroom. Looks smart but the flooring has only been down a month and scratches / dents are starting to appear. We’ve been really careful and don’t have children / pets. Wouldn’t recommend this product especially in a hard wearing area.

Very poor product. Very poor customer service. The flooring started to delaminate less than a year. The company said it was the fitter’s problem but it wasn’t. The flooring has a fault with the gluing process . I strongly recommend not using this brand. I previously had a cheaper laminate which withstood a flood and it was still going strong before we had our kitchen replaced

We had Amtico Form laid in our kitchen and were shocked how much it has faded in the sunnier areas. We had used a Turtle Mat mat as recommended by their supplier and when we moved it having been away for a few weeks in the summer, the colour was completely different! This product should not be advised for any area that receives a lot of sun. No response from the company tells it all really ............. So disappointing for an expensive product.

Can’t fault amtico! We love our coastal pine from spacia collection.
