Ordered a mattress online Sunday 5/16 states in stock & to pick it up. My husband went to the store same day around 3:30 only to be told it wasn't in stock. Manager Matt told my husband I'll call you tomorrow & let you know what's going on, guess what NO Call. Tuesday spoke to Matt was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days which was 5/21. No refund came, no call. I called again 5/24 Matt said he would take care of it. On 5/26 eighth business day I went to the store to raise cane. Matt chickened out dealing with me, sent Vickki. I left the store with paperwork being told within 15 minutes my bank should show credit pending. Bottom line I will never do business with them again & recommend you to stay away from them. Last year my mother n law had problems with a fridge. Bought new in box only to receive a fridge with damage to the front.There are many stores that will appreciate your business and treat you right.
When I was in Florida earlier this year I saw a Lane recliner in one of the stores I loved. Unfortunately, the store in Bowling Green, KY was out. The salesman- Michael- kept me informed and let me know when one was available. Absolutely love my new recliner!!

I ordered an electric cooktop on the website, paid for it, they took my money and charged my card. Sent me an email saying it was ready for pickup. I drove over 30 miles to the store and paid $12 in tolls. When I got to the store and after waiting 20 minutes for someone to assist me, I found out they did not have the cooktop. Said they never did have it. So I checked and indeed they charged my card, not just an authorization. I emailed them and asked for a refund and also compensation for my mileage and tolls. They did issue a refund. When I asked for a response on the tolls the emailed answer was only the words "thank you!" and nothing else. This is the 100% unvarnished, unembellished truth. And before you just copy/paste the same reply for the 5,000th time, no, I don't want to call your 866 number and speak with the regional manager. I have no reason to believe the regional manager cares any more about customers than the company s/he works for. Try a different approach that indicates you actually care one tiny bit about your customer's experiences. Can you do that? I bet not.
I ordered a refrigerator on April 21, 2021. Got a photo confirmation on the refrigerator on April 27, 2021, it was the wrong refrigerator! I immediately cancelled my order with the manager of that store. I verified this 3 days later because I had not received a confirmation of the cancelation or a refund of my $2000.00+. I was told again by said manager that it was cancelled! Today is May 5th, 2021, I called American Freight customer service and they informed me that the order was never cancelled and he would send a message to cancel the order to the appropriate department and I will get a refund in 7 to 10 days after they recieved and processed the request to cancel, then he changed it to 10 to 12 days. I asked him why he just couldn't cancel the order and he told me that was the billing departments responsibility so I asked him if I could call that department directly and he said no! Then he proceeded to blame paypal for the delay in the refund (I've received refunds from PP in less than 2 days). They can take my money in 10 minutes but can't refund it for 2 weeks or more!! Who knows how long! Ridiculous! If I could give them negative stars I would!! I received my refund within 6 hours of this review! Although I appreciate the prompt response from AF I would have appreciated it being handled better prior to having to write this review!
I purchased mattresses and head boards for my kids. The merchandise was not in stock, I was told it would be 2 weeks, I waited 3 weeks before calling they said it would be probably another week, so my kids are sleeping on the floor. Giving false information if its gonna be a month then they should tell you that upfront
I’ve spent around 8000.00 dollars in there the last 7 months so I was supposed to get my furniture on the 1st and the first time they tried to deliver it they called me at 6 I spent all day waiting so I went back home. They were supposed to deliver this furniture today at 12 they didn’t show or call. I’m getting my 1400 bucks back tomorrow and I’m going somewhere else for my furniture.
I paid $899.00 for a sofa and love seat at the Lake Charles LA. store on 08/09/2020 at 11:38 am. The sofa and love seat were to be delivered to the store 10/05/2020. Hurricane Laura destroyed the Lake Charles store. I never received the sofa and love seat. I sent messages through this website to American Freight multiple times with no response. I then called your customer service number was told each time that a refund check would be issued within 30 days. The first time was in November 2020. The second time was in January 2021. I called to check on the status of my refund and was told again to wait 30 days and it would arrive in the mail. I have never received my refund. I drove to the American Freight store in Lafayette LA where your employee called the regional manager. The employee took my receipt, copied it, and said he was instructed by the regional manager to complete a refund request in the store. The employee told me he would call me when it was done. I have never heard anything about my refund from since then either. I am asking again to either get store credit for the amount of $899.00 or a refund of my money. I have never paid $899.00 for something and got nothing for it. American Freight took my money, promised to refund it, but has never refunded my money after multiple times of promising me a refund. No one even offered to give me in store credit in lieu of a refund. Still waiting.
Do not buy furniture are matress from these people 1 year of use your mattress will sink in even after rotation every 2 weeks they will not warranty it please please go somewhere else besides these people cheap cheap furniture
The worst experience, I bought an oven with their 3 year protection programwhich didn't work from day 1 and after 2 months of not being able to repair they promised me a replacement which they didn't have amd after being transferred and pushed off for weeks they will not refund the money and send me from phone number to phone number without resolving my issues.
I have had the worst experience thus far with this furniture store, One disaster after another!! I ordered bedroom furniture in the beginning of January. When purchased I was giving an estimate of 6 weeks. And here we are at the end of April. Once the furniture made it to the warehouse the delivery was set up for this past Saturday and on Saturday there was no call or delivery, 😡so I called and spoke with an assistant manager who arranged delivery for Sunday. Yet on Sunday there was a call from an associate calling to inform me that all of my pieces were not in 😡. After waiting so long I authorized for them to deliver what they had and decided to wait for the remaining piece. Needless to say, he had no idea when the piece would come in. About an hour later the delivery crew that was contracted out dropped off the furniture. ( the only smooth process, the delivery guys were awesome )But as I begun to unwrap the boxes I noticed the headboard was damaged 😡. Once again I called the store to speak with the assistant manager who said he would call the delivery crew to pick the furniture up and call me back to let me know if it was feasible on this day. But I never received a call 😡. Soooo Monday morning I called the store to speak with the store manager. I informed him of all of the inconveniences and he assured that he would get it taken care of and the delivery crew would pick up today and deliver a replacement bedroom set. But the delivery crew was never sent out😡 needless to say, I am not satisfied at all, in fact I am outraged and will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
Bought a new dishwasher and extended warranty. First dishwasher does not clean dishes. And when the company keeps the warranty money the warranty company won't help. I wouldn't trust these guys with your money. Don't look for help if you have a problem,, PS. DON'T BUY INTO THEIR CAN REPLY ON HOW SORRY THEY ARE. NO REGIONAL MANAGER CALLS YOU BACK!!!!

I visited the Livonia Mi store to purcahase a frig. Find the perfect 1 The only damage was in the rear bottom. I even asked the sales guy "John" Where's The Damage? My spidey instincts kicked.Take pics B 4 U leave. I get a delivery date in writing within 2 days. The Delivery Day is a No Call No Show. Keep i. Mind I've sold the current frig. They come out 2 days later. The frig has scratches I contact the sales guy take/send pics immediately. He states he'll take care of it: (R) Door Small Dent SCRATCHES: (L) Top Corner, (L) Side Front Bottom Both Doors (L) Door Near Ice Maker I Get to the store to be compensated the guy takes off $150 This is the delivery fee pd. I inquire about the $500 warranty pd Does this cover cosmeric repair (NOPE) The 1st visit 50 miles the product isn't in the system 50 miles ro xome back to purchase the product 50 miles again to get an adjustment The salesperson is off today 50 miles again to get a delivery fee taken off. I cancelled the $500 warranty, and departed wounded
My experience with this place was awesome! I went to the green Bay location and I delt with Brandon and Brian who were very nice and very helpful and friendly, they gave me a great deal and made me wish I shopped here and found this place a long time ago!!!! A+++

American Freight Furniture - Westminister, CO I went into this store on Monday April 12th. Needing to buy a mattress. I had been approved for up to 1,000. I bought a mattress to be delivered, and a large rug that I took home with me. Upon looking at my receipt yesterday (April 13th). I noticed that there was a charge for a mattress cover. I was never told that I was buying a mattress cover. The employee (Lori)... just sat the mattress cover in front of me, and purposely gave me the impression that it was free. I wondered why the mattress cost a bit more than I thought. I asked about the extra charges and she "explained" that they were 'fees'... but yet she just handed me the mattress cover that I did not ask for. I called the Store and spoke to another woman, who stated that Lori would call me back and that I could bring the mattress cover back to the store. This store is 25 miles from my home. Lori never called me and still hasn't. I understand that this is 'easy financing',... but you are infact taking advantage of people in need of everyday things and need to make payments. I am willing to bet that Lori needed to make an extra sale that day and I was her victim. Y'all got the wrong one. My mattress isn't even delivered yet so I'm going to cancel. I wont ever buy from Y'all again
