Good prices n attention

Everything was good up until delivery when they forgot to include our coffee & end tables. 2 days later, numerous phone calls with fraudulent promises that led me to leave work on 2 separate days so someone would be home after the date it was too arrive has easily up there with the worst experience & customer service I have ever seen. On their website did the live chat twice. First night I was given name & number of district manager Ethan M. Called left voice message asking for help, never heard back. Second day on website i was given vice president name/ number ( please keep in mind this is the info they are giving me as now I even question their honesty on live chat) i called his number/ left voice message. Never heard back. Many times i thought about calling up and cutting my loses with the tables, but between the lies & not showing after I had to leave work twice it has become a principal. I plan to make a formal complainant with Ohio Attorney General, Better Business B. & as always word of mouth through social media I plan to share this horrendous experience.

Love my couch and loveseat but when delivered I paid the $80 delivery fee then the guy told me my couch wouldn't fit through my door without even trying then told me I could get another set that would fit but I would have to pay another $80 delivery fee so I told him to leave it I would get it in so then made me sign a waiver so if it didn't fit I would not get my money back... Well it fit and everything is good!

Not honest , seller lied to me and I took a table with out chairs and i’m Still looking forward to get my chair but not known still

They did not have in stock what I went for. I had to purchase something more expensive. But overall not a bad experience. Manager was very helpful when my first choice didn't fit in my door.

When my husband and I went into the store in Cranston, the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. I ended up leaving with a beautiful bedroom set. I plan on going back and getting a living room set as well.

We purchased an end table coffee table set. The box and the contents were damaged. this was the last one of that set. the Manager replaced it with an upgraded model. very generous solution to that problem. Thanks.

Ian was very helpful. We knew what we wanted. Did the credit app on the in store computer. We were approved for the amount we needed in about 5 mins. Scheduled our same day delivery. The entire process took maybe 30 mins. No money down. We got our loveseat about 3 hours later and we love it! We definitely recommend American Freight and will be back.

Excellent customer service and prices are phenomenal. Quality of mattresses are delighted. You can't compare their prices with other furnitures around El Paso.

I went in with purchasing a mattress. Deshawn was amazing at helping us find the most comftorble mattress in our price range will definitely shop there in the future for all my furniture needs.

I enjoy our furniture choices, but had a trip back as my mattress pads were not included in the delivery, and my bed rails which were requested didn’t make it to the order. Now the sakes reputiok $10 off each bed rail for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
