Had a very pleasant experience at American Freight. The gentleman (Sorry, can't remember his name) who waited on us was very helpful. Even though they did not have in stock what we were looking for, he showed us other options. He made sure that all the items we purchased, all matched. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture, were very pleasant, and put our couch, and loveseat together very nicely. All boxes were broken down outside, and cleaned all leftovers when they were finished.

Prompt, courteous and didn't try to sell me extras and service plans, etc.

The experience we had at American Freight was pleasant. The sales associate was guick with the paperwork and got us out there to go home to our new furniture in a timely matter.

The visit was amazing was but the productivity and product, not so much. I ordered my furniture Sunday and day same day delivery. My couch couldn't fit through my front door so I had to reorder another couch on Monday. My replacement couch was supposed to be delivered Tuesday but today is Thursday and I have no couch. My table was already broken in the box once I opened it and my bed came without screws. I am so displeased in my purchase.

I have no problems with the furniture my problem is that they didn’t put my bed up for me so it is still sitting in the room not put up because I don’t know how to do it and the dresser is still in the box and so is the mirror because I can’t put the mirror on had to pay $95 to have It delivered will never buy another bed from american freight!!

Love my furniture.. The service was great especially when I picked it up the men that loaded my furniture were very polite and friendly... Will buy more from them...

American Freight had the merchandise advertised on their web site, no gimmicks. Very satisfied with the merchandise, price, and SERVICE.

We had a great experience at American Freight. The man that helped us walked us through everything answered all our questions and didn't let us leave until he knew we were satisfied. I would recommend anyone to go there.

American freight was pretty awesome with helping me through the process of buying my first bed set. I definitely recommend going there for your basic furniture needs.

Went in looking for a sectional couch. Got a Solid product , great price & American made

We have been dealing with the store on South Dale Mabry in Tampa, FL for months now. We are getting no replies from phone calls and even personal visits we get the run around. We purchased a sectional with all of these electronics on them and have had trouble since day one.We get very little response and finally had to rent a truck and drop the sofa on their door step. Now trying to replace it we keep getting the run around pieces not in don't know when the warranty reply will take time to get, one thing after another. In the meantime we are sitting on the floor. We haven't even been able to speak to a district manager. If you have a problem with something I feel sorry for you because they don't care.

Canceled two orders! Waited 40’days for a sofa, loveseat and a basic 7pc dining room set. Still hadn’t received it so canceled and went somewhere where they still fast talk you, try and sell you a bunch of stuff and are somewhat friendly however they had the stuff so I bought. Maybe it was just me✌🏿

Furniture is very cheap didn’t last 2 months and I’m barely even on them

I received a broken night stand. A headboard that was the wrong size. Dressers and mirrors that don't fit the bedroom dimensions. I was not made adequately aware that all sales are final!! I am wanting to return 4 pieces from my house. I refuse to accept delivery of 3 backordered pieces. I need my money back on 7 pieces. I was satisfied with 8 items. Please help me resolve this issue!

I came in and was looking for a new mattress and the employee carly was on her game she asked what I was looking for and helped me find what I wanted she did awesome I love the new mattress

I already recommend America freight to several of my friends . Yes, I will be going back again for more furniture. The craftsman ship shows up on my mason hall sofa and recliner. Finally I have a comfortable sofa I always wanted. Great buy!
