This store sells inferior furniture and they don't stand behind it. Customer service does not exist. Save your money and go elsewhere.
My furniture is falling apart after less than a month and they make it extremely difficult to process a claim. Never going back.
I purchased a complete bedroom and living room set 10/2/2018 the bed came with a whole in it and I was assured I would be getting a new one. It is 4/23/19 and still no new mattress! I’ve spoke to someone several times and he keeps telling me that they are out of stock! The sectional I purchased is the most uncomfortable furniture I have EVER sat on! Certainly not the same comfort as the one in the store!
I stumbled upon this place by accident a few weeks ago ..I just fell in love with a specific mattress that I chose to come back today...I have been looking @ mattresses for months which like buying a car can be EXHAUSTING ..FYI I’m upgrading from a queen to a king ..anyways I was lucky to get Israel the first time & I knew I wasn’t gonna deal with anyone else ..he is so personal & knows what he is talking about ..I went back today (Monday) to purchase said mattress and after I purchased it & pulled my car around for them to load it ..the mattress I purchased wasn’t in the back room like the computer said it was ...I feel like if I was dealing with ANYONE ELSE I would’ve had to lose my cool etc BUT because it was Israel he made it right & I walked away with a better bed ..which was the other one I loved...so I felt like it worked out how it was suppose too ..this was a computer issue & not his fault BTW...I can’t speak for any of the other guys working in there but Isreal DID say he’s here training to get the store up and running ..FYI it’s a no frills place but they have very nice furniture @ discounted prices (warehouse style) and that’s all that matters...LOVE MY BED & I was so pleased I’ll be purchasing a headboard/footboard/frame..5 STARS from me & that never happens ..#GoSeeIsreal #HappyConsumer #ZZZzzzzz
Never again! I bought a child's bed and dresser for almost $500. We opted to pick up our boxed merchandise later that day. It was then we were notified that there had been a mistake. The bed we saw in the showroom was $100 more than the one we purchased. It was the employee's mixup, yet we couldn't rectify it because "all sales are final". We are stuck with an unacceptable bed that doesn't match the dresser! I planned to buy another child's bed the following week, and a bedroom set for myself next month. I will take my business somewhere else. This was truly a "bait and switch" and a horrible way to do business!
Delivery is absurd they expect you to waste your whole day while they take thier time..no time Frame or ETA.. just "you'll get a call 30 mins prior" that isn't professional considering they charging a delivery fee! Always an excuse each time now their bix tryck broken down driving a van..wow they couldn't tell me that earlier!
Great staff, and wonderful furniture and a great price!
This place sucks you buy something from these people you don’t need you can’t return it what place sell you something you don’t need and want except it back that’s a business that just want your money
Update - I will leave the original post below. After contacting the corporate office I was able to get the couch and love seat armrest replaced. With little to no issues once they got involved. Wrong that it took so long to make it right, but they did make it right. This is why I updated to a four star. Keeping one for the aggravation in the beginning. Bought a new recliner set back in Feb. Couple of weeks later the stitching gave way in the middle seat. Upload all documents and photos to their warranty page. Sent a follow up email 30 days later, received no calls or email. Called the store to ask about it and got the run around, Ill look into it and call you back in 5 mins. that was roughly 2 weeks. will be contacting the BBB here shortly.

I gave this a 2 star because I have to drill(I don't own a drill) the mirror into the dresser & the instructions on how to do so are terrible, I also had to unbox all my bedroom furniture, had I known this, I would've definitely purchased furniture elsewhere.
Always a good experience when I shop, employees very helpful, probably is great quality.
Paid for a sectional this morning in full at 10:30am and was told that it could definitely be delivered same day (4/13/2019). I was given a printed receipt saying that my delivery date was today and instructing me to pay the driver $75. The salesman told me to expect a call from a delivery driver in the near future. That call never came. It is apparent I won’t be getting my couch. I shopped here with the expectation of same day delivery. Why lie? I feel mislead, cheated, and let down by the service.

I am a disabled vet with bad joint issues and a chronic back and lumbar option. The recliner I bought, I can't even sit in because it's hard and pushes on my spine. My new foam mattress is too firm. I cannot sleep. When I tried them in the store, everyone was in a hurry because they hot busy so I didn't think about or try everything out right. I nay have sat or played on them one minute. The sectional couch is curved over the stool and we don't sit on that part. It looks like it's curving over the stool. I wish there was a way to go back and replace current furniture for other furniture, especially because I was approved for more. I wish they had a satisfactory guaranteed or time frame within the first month to get furniture replaced if not 100% satisfied. The recliner and mattress are so firm, I cannot move my neck. I refuse to use the recliner.
