mi experiencia fue muy buena con Elizabeth quien fue muy amable

El peor servicio. Pedí una auto grande para 12 personas y 2 pequeños. Cuando llegue al aeropuerto de guadalajara ni la cara quisieron dar los agentes, tuve que llamar para que según ellos me dieron la fabulosa opción de darme 2 nissan march para que llevaría a 12 adultos y 2 niños es enserió? No respetan tu reservacion, si haces una reserva con una compañía como esta es para tu tranquilidad no para que te cause mas estres en un viaje familia. De mi parte no les recomiendo rental con esta compañía de mi parte no cometeré el mismo error.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Simply because I declined insurance (as I had my own) and tolls, the clerk added over $100 in bogus surcharges. He literally made this rental impossible. And he did so for at least 7 other people here that were also waiting. If we didn’t agree to pay ridiculous extra charges - we weren’t getting a car rental. So many of us were left stranded! Having to return to the airport to make alternative plans. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE. They will rip you off or leave you stranded. Terrible business practices- no ethics! They should get fined for this bait and switch they have going on! I had a reservation and the amount more than doubled… SHAME ON YOU AMERICA CAR RENTAL!! No wonder- it’s a company based in Mexico operating in Orlando Florida- what can you expect???

I paid for a car package from Priceline with America Car rental out of Orlando MCO. I must report they are a very bad company. No one should offer their car rental services! Their location is far from the airport and when we got there, they wanted an additional $479.00 from us for car insurance. I have a letter of car insurance coverage from Citibank visa of up to $50K and also our own Geico car insurance and they refused to let us decline their exorbitant car insurance coverage. It is our right to decline it if we are providing our own insurance. However, they would not give us the car unless we paid it. It was also 96 degrees and we are elderly and they pushed us outside and refused to take us back with their shuttle to the airport, which was far away.. They were extremely rude, threatening, and nasty and were also doing the same thing to another lady who came before us, she also was refused the car unless she paid for their ridiculous coverage. You really should know about this vendor. They are shady and threatening and really crooked. I have made a charge back on my credit card already with visa to get reimbursed. But they should not be sent anymore business. They are bad humans.
