allereerst ontving ik een koffer met 2 wielen, terwijl op de afbeelding duidelijk 4 wielen te zien zijn. Dan moet je eerst eindeloos chatten en uiteindelijk mag je dan terugsturen en moet je aantal dagen wachten tot zij fout hebben hersteld alvorens opnieuw te bestellen. Veel gedoe waar je niet op zit te wachten! Vervolgens zie ik een andere koffer die 40cm zou zijn. alleen omdat ik wil voorkomen wéér een verkeerde koffer te ontvangen heb ik contact gezocht met Samsonite. Zij mailen dat het vermoedelijk om 40 gaat. Dus check bij Amazon gedaan via chat en het zou echt 40cm moeten zijn geeft dame van de Amazon-chat aan. Alleen toen ik vroeg of de andere of het 40 bij 30 bij 20cm was moest ik van haar plotseling dat gaan navragen bij Samsonite. En dan kreeg ik ook nog eens een verkeerd mailadres van Samsonite van haar waar ik naartoe kon mailen. Vanhet kastje naar de muur, waardeloos dat Amazon gebeuren

Urgent Complaint Regarding Faulty Product and Poor Customer Support Experience

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent purchase experience and the subsequent customer support I received through Amazon Egypt. Order Details: Product: Lenovo Slim i7 Laptop with Windows 11 (clearly written on the product page) Order ID: 405-7938611-5597108 Order Date: 22 June 2025 Upon receiving the laptop and powering it on for the first time, I was met with a critical system error: “Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key then select Boot Manager to choose s new boot device or to boot recovery media” This clearly indicates a hardware failure or missing operating system, rendering the device completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted Amazon’s customer service immediately. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of accountability and empathy: The representative refused to provide any viable solution, such as replacement, expedited return, or compensation for the disruption this caused. I was told the only option is to return the laptop and wait up to 30 days for a refund, despite the product being defective upon delivery. When I requested to file a formal complaint, the representative claimed he could only file an “internal complaint” which I would not be able to track or follow up on. Additionally, the representative refused to provide his full name, effectively shielding himself from accountability. I was only able to know its initial from an automatic follow up email: (Mr Nour W.) This Is Unacceptable for the following reasons: I chose Amazon over other vendors expecting reliability and customer-focused service. Being left with a defective product and no resolution for a month directly impacts my professional work and obligations. The dismissive attitude and lack of transparency by your representative only amplified my frustration. What I Expect: Immediate escalation of this issue to Amazon’s customer satisfaction or quality assurance team. A clear and trackable complaint process with reference number and follow-up. An expedited solution—either: Replacement with a working device within a few days, or Immediate full refund upon return and a compensation credit for the inconvenience, in order to buy another laptop on time for my work Internal review of the customer service interaction, especially the conduct of the representative I dealt with

Amazon sent the wrong item TWICE — my daughter missed her performance because of their failure Review: I’m shocked by how terribly Amazon handled what should have been a simple purchase. I ordered specific tap dance shoes for my daughter’s performance. Amazon sent the wrong item the first time. I contacted support, wasted over an hour, and was told to reorder. I did — and unbelievably, the second shipment was wrong too. Because of this, my daughter missed her concert — something that can’t be undone. I spent hours being transferred between dozens of agents, repeating myself, getting false promises that the refund would appear in “X hours.” Nothing happened. No one took responsibility. I paid double, dealt with return shipping costs, and was left with zero resolution. Amazon’s failure wasn’t just a logistics mistake — it was negligence, disrespect, and a complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and trust. I’m a high-ranking professional and I will make sure this reaches every platform possible. I no longer trust Amazon, and I advise others to be very cautious — especially if your order actually matters.

Fup og fidus firma

Har 3 gange de sidste 2 år forsøgt at bestille en varer. Penge er trukket, men ordrer annulleres efter få dage. Efter kontakt til support går der ca. 2 måneder før pengene går ind på min kontor igen. Det er simpelhen ikke en biks man kan stole på. Kunne jeg give nul stjerner havde jeg valgt det.

Amazon gets bigger service get worse

As Amazon gets bigger and bigger, the offsite advertisers get worse and worse as they grab for easier profits. Items I order shipped from offsite parties are late or destroyed in shipment with poor packaging more and more. My current item has been listed, sorry were late three times. When I go to Amazon and try to ask for help that product you must identify first says "this product does not qualify for this service". Amazon, like Google and others are getting to large. The fastest way to eliminate competition is to buy them out and close their doors. Time they get regulated by our congress but they have no spines. If you don't think Amazon or Microsoft qualify as a utility just try to live without their service. As Amazon get bigger they, like Banking, knows hardware is best not built. Delivery to the user is best supplied by someone else. More profit and less work with off-site sellers. All the biggies have service getting worse and now Ai is making these companies kings and the buying public get bad service. This includes them all, Microsoft, Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Google that is becoming nothing more than the old Yellow Pages that sold Ad space showed first. Remember Google says it is a search engine. I'm all for private business but management is only good at creating less work, changing the rules, higher profits, with lots of one star ratings. I'm shifting back to buying from Big Box Stores, less frustrating but easier to keep a tight schedule with so little time.

Sicuramente il posto dove trovare qualunque cosa e che uso spesso ma le ultime due esperienze devastanti. Una ho comprato una bottiglia che ho trovata consegnata a mia insaputa nel cortile di casa abbandonata (e rotta..l'avranno lanciata?). La seconda solo tre giorni fa con il corriere che nonostante le mi indicazioni sulla consegna ha fatto di testa propria. Servizio molto discutibile!

I’m absolutely disgusted by your shameless money-grabbing tactics. I already pay 8.99 pounds /month for Prime Video, and now you have the audacity to demand another 2.99 pounds just to remove ads? This is daylight robbery—a bait-and-switch scam that treats loyal customers like ATMs. Since when does a paid subscription come with forced ads unless we cough up even more? Shocking customer service bought parrot off here and came damaged it was beyond repair. Market Place seller yaheetech .been week now im still trying to sort refund they want me to take cage to the post office 25kg box when post office only take upto 20kg .seller hes no use said ups going pick up but they sent wrong label so now got wait again .avoid

My parcel got Delivered through wrong…

My parcel got Delivered through wrong letterbox. Took me half an hour to find a phone number or any other helpful customer services help platform to be told to go tracking around the neighbourhood asking neighbours if they had my parcel. Which is unreasonable and I have disabilities. They posted it through someone's else's door so that means it's their fault surely? No photo was taken of the door. Now I am supposed to wait 72 hours before contacting them again for a refund. I Will cancel prime and shop with someone who has a good customer service and employs drivers who aren't incompetent.

We pay a subscription for online…

We pay a subscription for online deliveries, which is totally acceptable...why then do we purchase items for them to be sent by bloody Evri!! I understand you have other sellers but why should we pay when half your stock is not even sent by you and then lost .. delayed..returned..repeatedly by the likes of Evri*ones nightmare service ....why can you not remove them?

the item arrived on time and matched the description, but quality wasn't as high as expected. it works, but feels a bit cheap for the price. packaging was basic too. it's okay if you're not picky, but i probably wouldn’t reorder.
