My parcel got Delivered through wrong letterbox. Took me half an hour to find a phone number or any other helpful customer services help platform to be told to go tracking around the neighbourhood asking neighbours if they had my parcel. Which is unreasonable and I have disabilities. They posted it through someone's else's door so that means it's their fault surely? No photo was taken of the door. Now I am supposed to wait 72 hours before contacting them again for a refund. I Will cancel prime and shop with someone who has a good customer service and employs drivers who aren't incompetent.
