allereerst ontving ik een koffer met 2 wielen, terwijl op de afbeelding duidelijk 4 wielen te zien zijn. Dan moet je eerst eindeloos chatten en uiteindelijk mag je dan terugsturen en moet je aantal dagen wachten tot zij fout hebben hersteld alvorens opnieuw te bestellen. Veel gedoe waar je niet op zit te wachten! Vervolgens zie ik een andere koffer die 40cm zou zijn. alleen omdat ik wil voorkomen wéér een verkeerde koffer te ontvangen heb ik contact gezocht met Samsonite. Zij mailen dat het vermoedelijk om 40 gaat. Dus check bij Amazon gedaan via chat en het zou echt 40cm moeten zijn geeft dame van de Amazon-chat aan. Alleen toen ik vroeg of de andere of het 40 bij 30 bij 20cm was moest ik van haar plotseling dat gaan navragen bij Samsonite. En dan kreeg ik ook nog eens een verkeerd mailadres van Samsonite van haar waar ik naartoe kon mailen. Vanhet kastje naar de muur, waardeloos dat Amazon gebeuren

Urgent Complaint Regarding Faulty Product and Poor Customer Support Experience

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with a recent purchase experience and the subsequent customer support I received through Amazon Egypt. Order Details: Product: Lenovo Slim i7 Laptop with Windows 11 (clearly written on the product page) Order ID: 405-7938611-5597108 Order Date: 22 June 2025 Upon receiving the laptop and powering it on for the first time, I was met with a critical system error: “Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key then select Boot Manager to choose s new boot device or to boot recovery media” This clearly indicates a hardware failure or missing operating system, rendering the device completely non-functional out of the box. I contacted Amazon’s customer service immediately. Unfortunately, I was met with a lack of accountability and empathy: The representative refused to provide any viable solution, such as replacement, expedited return, or compensation for the disruption this caused. I was told the only option is to return the laptop and wait up to 30 days for a refund, despite the product being defective upon delivery. When I requested to file a formal complaint, the representative claimed he could only file an “internal complaint” which I would not be able to track or follow up on. Additionally, the representative refused to provide his full name, effectively shielding himself from accountability. I was only able to know its initial from an automatic follow up email: (Mr Nour W.) This Is Unacceptable for the following reasons: I chose Amazon over other vendors expecting reliability and customer-focused service. Being left with a defective product and no resolution for a month directly impacts my professional work and obligations. The dismissive attitude and lack of transparency by your representative only amplified my frustration. What I Expect: Immediate escalation of this issue to Amazon’s customer satisfaction or quality assurance team. A clear and trackable complaint process with reference number and follow-up. An expedited solution—either: Replacement with a working device within a few days, or Immediate full refund upon return and a compensation credit for the inconvenience, in order to buy another laptop on time for my work Internal review of the customer service interaction, especially the conduct of the representative I dealt with

Amazon sent the wrong item TWICE — my daughter missed her performance because of their failure Review: I’m shocked by how terribly Amazon handled what should have been a simple purchase. I ordered specific tap dance shoes for my daughter’s performance. Amazon sent the wrong item the first time. I contacted support, wasted over an hour, and was told to reorder. I did — and unbelievably, the second shipment was wrong too. Because of this, my daughter missed her concert — something that can’t be undone. I spent hours being transferred between dozens of agents, repeating myself, getting false promises that the refund would appear in “X hours.” Nothing happened. No one took responsibility. I paid double, dealt with return shipping costs, and was left with zero resolution. Amazon’s failure wasn’t just a logistics mistake — it was negligence, disrespect, and a complete disregard for the customer’s time, money, and trust. I’m a high-ranking professional and I will make sure this reaches every platform possible. I no longer trust Amazon, and I advise others to be very cautious — especially if your order actually matters.

We ordered a picture for a birthday…

We ordered a picture for a birthday present and they tried to put it through the letter box it didn't fit so they bent it and shoved it through the door. Also a couple of days ago they did not ring the bell instead they just threw it over the gate. They are very impatient.

Corrupt Business Practices

BBB Complaint: #23452522 I have contacted amazon's Customer Service 3 times throughout the past few months trying to resolve the issue and I have received convoluted information from each employee. I cancelled an order and returned the items and I was expected to receive a refund in the amount of $171.98. I contacted amazon on June 2 at 1-888-280-4331and I spoke with a representative who "took my updated contact information and assured me that the new card information would be updated since the old card on file was no loner active. The representative Niksil stated "that my card information was added to the system and I should receive my refund in 5-10 business days. On June 10th, I spoke with a representative who told me "there was nothing they could do." I requested to speak to a supervisor Mr. Abhay who was completely indifferent and argumentative. I again, informed him that I spoke to a representative who "took my updated card information" for over 30 minutes I spoke with them on the phone, whom I believed was assisting me. How could this representative take my card information and assure me it was added to the account if its not amazon's policy. These customer service agents outside the U.S have their own set of corrupt practices that they use against American consumers and it goes against basic morale which is embedded in all business transactions. Its an egregious act to accept a consumers money and send a refund to a nonactive account and then create liability for the consumer by sending their payment to a nonactive card-and have no remedy in place to assist the consumer, in retrieving their funds after you have profited from their business. Its a disgrace that this is a matter of business for Amazon. My complaint is noted on BBB website.

Addidas hats are great, Amazon delivery service is a joke!

While the Adidas hat is a great item, I question ordering any from Amazon in the future. Be wary of anything that says it will be delivered by Amazon. It seems like most of these individuals are independent contractors, who couldn’t care less. You may get the item on the day promised, several days later or maybe never. You’ll often get the excuse that “delivery was attempted and we ran into a problem” what problem? You didn’t even drive down my street, stop lying! I didn’t request delivery to a business, I don’t live in a gated community, I don’t live in the sticks. Your lazy, incompetent driver just decided they don’t want to work! Simple solution, when this happens to customers along their route more than 3 times, fire them! Contacting amazon gets profuse apologies, but little else. I’ve yet to see any improvements, or any tangible compensation towards me. They definitely need to do a better job in vetting who they use as part of their delivery team.

More and more spam is coming from AWS…

More and more spam is coming from AWS (Amazon) service now. Spam for fake websites (phishing), fake supports, fake banks, fake public plateforms, stealing contact information, banking information, threats, pressure, racketeering, scammers, making people believe payments have been declined, attempted bank fraud... Despite complaints to SPAMCOP, and to you, nothing is happening. Thank you for destroying victims, lives, and pushing the unthinkable because you do nothing to expel and punish spammers and other malicious actors.
