Utterly useless and ridiculous ticket service. Having to write a formal letter to transfer tickets to a friend because they don’t have a system that is up to date enough.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service - waited on a refund which I didn’t get was repeatedly fobbed off - after days of emails they said they have refunded the money but they said that in April. They also don’t refund booking fees or protection so I lost £15 - and the response I got was that this paid for the well oiled cog! Laughable!

Never ever

Shocking, never use them again, bought tkts for drop kick murphys, you want a refund you apply in writing with original tkt (no good when you haven't been given it), I had no choice of tkt agencies when originally bought

Not a 5 Star Service!

I ordered tickets for a gig which was subsequently cancelled. I contacted them by email requesting a refund which they did issue straight away. However, beware that any additional fees do not get refunded, just the value of the tickets. Definitely not a 5 star service!

Even covid doesn't guarantee ticket protection!

I was advised to stay at home (and miss the hives gig) by the nhs due to covid symptoms so couldn't go. Didn't get a refund even though I had ticket protection and showed nhs app screenshots. I took responsibility in missing the gig. This company obviously couldn't care less.

Trying to receive a refund that I was informed by email that they were sending. I gave my new bank details but to date 2 weeks later they have not returned my money. Several emails with poor response If they read this then I ask they please return my £70

Lionel Ritchie European tour…

Lionel Ritchie entire European tour cancelled (still performing in Vegas) tickets are being refunded but not the booking fee which for me any my friends amounts to almost £40, REALLY!! Contacted but got fobbed off, daylight robbery, so who got our money and all the other punters nice scam. Hope it went to charity.
