Utterly useless and ridiculous ticket service. Having to write a formal letter to transfer tickets to a friend because they don’t have a system that is up to date enough.

Bought tickets in January and since then, the show has been cancelled. I paid £29.20 for said tickets and have only been refunded £22 because they've already sent my tickets which I can no longer use. Absolutely ridiculous.
