Utterly useless and ridiculous ticket service. Having to write a formal letter to transfer tickets to a friend because they don’t have a system that is up to date enough.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They Sell events that don’t exist. Don’t buy their tickets on RA( resident advisor) for 042 lounge. You will end up paying full price entry fee at the venue. If you try and you don’t get your full refund, report it to your credit or debit card company to get your full refund. Together, let stop the scammers

Gig was cancelled, only partial refund

I bought tickets to a show. They sent me an email to say the show was cancelled. But I only got a refund for the face value of the tickets, not the £3 per ticket "booking fee" nor the extra "e-ticket fee" (I pay for the privilege of printing it out myself at home?). I didn't choose to cancel the gig, why am I paying for it?

Excellent experience

I was in the queue with another ticket provider for Lewis capaldi tickets and they sold out within seconds. Devastated as my daughters were desperate to go. After a little google this website came up and they had tickets available. I did a quick search and saw a few negative reviews but thought I’d risk it……I placed the order and within seconds the tickets were in my email. Still feeling a little nervous I tweeted alt tickets to try and put my mind at ease, and within minutes they’d replied to my tweet and reassured me. My daughters attended the concert last night with no issues at all they produced the downloaded tickets on their phone and they were in!!! I’m so impressed with the service and customer service I received! This site will be my first port of call for any future tickets. If you are feeling nervous as they aren’t ‘the popular’ site - please don’t. Go for it they’re legit tickets priced at face value and deliver fast to your email!!! Thank you alt tickets

Love their aggressive business model…

Love their aggressive business model that puts the customer firmly in last place. Cost of tickets - very mean £3.25 per ticket 'booking fee'. Plus the £1.50 to print the tickets off at home. Cancelled gig - no way to get a refund without individual privately emailing. You're just moved to the next appropriate gig date or asked to choose another venue (unsure how, as customer dashboard doesn't allow this). Refund of tickets - if you really do need to get a refund on your tickets after a cancelled gig that wasn't your fault and not just let them keep your money, you don't get back the booking fee cost of £3.25 per ticket!

Bunch of scammers

Bunch of scammers They keep hold of fees when they reschedule events - this has happened multiple times. I bet this is of scheme for them to make more money. If people can’t make the change of dates- they should be entitled to a full refund. Clearly morals don’t mean much to alt tickets

They have the cheek to charge you £1.50 charge to print your own ticket at home with your own paper and ink !!!!!!!!!!!

Refunded Tickets as promised

I bought tickets back in 2019 for a gig that was cancelled due to COVID. I contacted Altickets recently and was speedily promised a refund. There were some issues with my bank - at which point I assumed Altickets were at fault due to reviews on here - but the refund was processed as promised (minus booking fees as explained to me). Thanks to Louis JT for all your help.
