It's a nice watch I like the way it feel easy to use

Bought this for my husband for Father's day, once it was processed, we received his Bravo 2 XL in less than a week. Set up was SUPER easy, easy enough he could do it 😂😂, and so far he LOVES it. 10/10 would recommend

Well I did love this watch. It worked for the duration of the first charge. I liked everything about it. The screen never came back on after I charged it. It would vibrate and pull my Bluetooth calls to it sometimes. Never anything on the screen though. I do want to mention the charging cord was a pain because it was just the tiniest little magnet that would not stay on well. So fast forward to dealing with customer service. The expect me to pay the shipping to return it. I asked why and they told me that I delayed contacting them and I had only 24 hours from recieving it. It didn't break until the first time I charged it. WTH! I am asking g for a refund and will not ever be purchasing from them again.

The watch is just what I expected and really like the features. However, I was told extra links for the watch would be sent as I have a big wrist but was not sent. So currently I am not able to wear the watch until someone responds to my email sent earlier asking where the links are. When I first sent the email asking if I could get extra links when I ordered the watch, I got an immediate reply that I would. Now I have still not gotten a reply as of yet on where the links are.

I have bought four watches and I really like them. They can definitely take a beating. I got the new alpha watch. I’m having a problem hooking it up, but I just need to slow down and figure it out or something other than that. These watches are very well made.

I liked the an advertisement and the delivery was on time. The material was on flick and the appearance was exactly what I expected.

I’ve been wanting a watch to replace the “you know what” watch and I’m highly impressed. I alternate days within my two watches. The Bravo XL and Raptor Pro. I’m slightly hurt if the newly released Bravo XL 2 lol. Great watch for everyday use. Thank you

I bought the Alpha Gear Delta 2 watch just a week ago, and it has already stopped working. I charged it overnight, followed all instructions, and started using it for basic workouts and bike rides. On the third day, the watch completely shut off and never turned back on. The device feels cheaply made and does not live up to the performance they advertise. I reached out to Alpha Gear’s customer service within 3 days of delivery (as their own 30-day return policy requires), but the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I received no helpful support and no return label. I’m now stuck with a useless watch and out the money I spent. Let’s be honest: when a product fails within 72 hours of light use, that’s not just bad luck — it’s bad quality. This was marketed as a competitive and rugged sports watch. In reality, it’s closer to an overpriced, unreliable knockoff. I regret the purchase, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before spending their money with this company.
