I went to my local Toyota dealer and eas assured that the new insurance was already set up with you but the outstanding payment which was for the old car was cancelled as I had exchanged it on 22nd June. When I got home I seemef to have had to set it up again, with the direct debit, and I believe I have paid you twice. I would like the £37 changed since you have charged me for my previous car which had gone into the garage.

It was very quick to set up. Had no problems getting sorted and so much easier than other sites. Recommending this car insurance site Allianz.co.uk. Others sites make it so long that you don’t want to leave a review. Took me 10 minutes max to set it up

The website is good to use, but the lack of a phone contact detracts. The online chat whilst helpful has on three occasions ended the chat by timing me out even though the conversation was ongoing. But generally happy with the rest of the site.

I don't often review companies at the end of our term with them, but Allianz have been the best insurer we have been with for a long time. We had to make a fault claim on in April 2025 due to my wife hitting another vehicle on a roundabout after straying her lane. We had dashcam evidence and it was very obvious we were at fault. I therefore called the claim helpline and spoke a lovely female member of staff who walked me through the claim. Within 4 hours, we had a call to book us into a local body shop and our car, fully repaired, was back with us in just over a week and a half. It would have been quicker had a dent not proved as troublesome as it had at the repair stage. The couple we hit were also pleased as Allianz had contacted them incredibly quickly to admit full liability, reducing stress their side also. We have decided not to renew with them this year, as although their price was only £50 extra for the year, even with a fault claim, we found another insurer around £150 cheaper for the year. I found the process very straight forward and easy to follow
