Excellent website

So far so good. As a new customer of Allianz I wait to be amazed.

15 minutes to pick up the phone, then they hang up on you. They've found a remarkable way to keep claims low - just don't let you make a claim! Genius. Their events insurance is a joke - considering these are relatively small sums (e.g events insurance our claim is probably about £180) they have clearly designed the claims process to be hard to make a claim on so that you give up rather than pursue.

Like the notification of renew early so I am aware of cost and when it’s due. It’s easy to access the information and amend if necessary.

If this is being read following adverse comments re the on-line details change facility, I must apologise for the protracted exchange which took place and acknowledge that it was in fact my mistake in entering some details incorrectly which caused the problem! Sorry, and apart from my blunder, making the change would have been very straightforward. Thanks. George

Really easy to navigate the website

What an amazing price I was offered. I saved more than £250 as compared to my last renewal, keeping in mind that I have bought the highest featured packed from Allianz! The process to get the policy was super smooth and I am really happy. Will definitely want to do business with them for the foreseeable future. Although I hope I never have to see use them!
