I contacted costumers service and was online with Jordan. And was super helpful. And was very prompt to respond to any of my questions. I just found out that we don't have to post to the UK as I understood when i purchased the kit we send it to Dublin hub and they take care of sending it on

Never received our tests

The test is not accurate. I came up with zero hormone issues, zero thyroid issues, zero metabolic issues, no inflammation issues …And my blood tests and other markers for these are prolific and have been for years. So I don’t have any faith in any of the results and I feel like I wasted my money. I also have a known issue with cow dairy which did not come up in my test, and eggs! Very disappointed.

I had a query regarding what I was to do after I ordered my test. Jesse made my life very easy. He was very prompt, courteous and very patient with me. He answered my questions and helped me all the way through the process. I highly recommend.

I used the live chat today & dealt with a very helpful & kind person called Terry. Terry was very efficient at resolving my issue. People like Terry make it very easy to deal with resolving queries etc. Based on the efficiency of Terry in customer services I would definitely use this company again & recommend it to others 😊

Great service from Jordan today on the chat - I did have to chase the company regarding receiving my sample and then the results being sent. I was literally on chat with Jordan 2 minutes and the results were in my inbox. Very efficient

I used their live chat to have a question answered, which it was. No problems there. But then I was urged to post a review on her service on trust pilot. I'm giving a poor review for that. I've had a look at trust pilot. all you can see is innumerable positive reviews for their CHAT RESPONSE. Not for their product. Not for them actually providing the service they are being paid to do. I have to admit to thinking they are encouraging the useless reviews on how they answer questions to hide the honest reviews on the actual product.

Terry was great at helping me find the test I was looking g for and answering my questions.

Not good. Could be a scam. I paid for a test and it never arrived. The contact phone number on their site is invalid. The link for Live Chat opens another company webpage trying to sell me chat software. Updating my review. Allergy Test replied to my Trustpilot review, stating that there was nothing wrong with the Live Chat link or the phone number. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach a screenshot of the page that opens when I click their Live Chat link/button. It opens this page: livechat dot com . This page is belongs to the company that makes the Live Chat software, trying to sell their product, which has nothing to do with Allergy Test. Their phone number, 1800 816 057, doesn't work; it appears to be a USA number, so it will not work outside the USA. My advice to you is, if you are living and ordering from outside the USA, be prepared to lose your money.

I got the family pack allergy test as a gift for someone and they haven't been able to complete it yet, but Shawn was very helpful in finding my order number for me to send the information in!
