Price is going up and you no longer offer discounts being that we have use your company for many years.

Allegro Medical always have good pricing and good selection. I have been a happy customer for many years now.

The shipping charges are absurdly high, and the "special offer" not to charge additional shipping if I happened also to want to buy a $1599 motorized wheelchair on top of the $60 I had already purchased in other rehab-related items was silly and offensive.

I got part of my order on time and have had no further communication on the other part of my order which is for a donut pillow that is much needed ! I even emailed customer service and got no response. Have never had an issue in the past, so it may be delayed, but it would be nice if Allegro had notified me when it's coming.

We placed our order 7 days ago and haven't received any information regarding shipment of our order. We received confirmation the order was received, but haven't had any follow up information. I've had 2 reminders from Allegro to complete a review on the experience and so far it has been pretty poor. I'd appreciate some communication from someone that can tell me the status of our order.
