I don’t think return shipping should apply to cushions especially when the size chart is so confusing. I thought I was getting the right size but it was too small. There was no chart to determine the size of the allegro website. Allegro emailed Star company and they willing to accept a return on a non returnable item. Kudos for Star medical.

Would not take my Discover card, but after three tries I used my Visa card and it finally worked. Otherwise, no problems.
