The rating is for the ordering process. Now I have to see how soon those catheters reach me.

The ordering system works great, although using a large box for 1 small item seems excessive and unnecessary. Also, my Biggest Gripe is with Returns !:;&!! Allegro Medical has been around awhile and you should be doing better than expecting customers who have already paid a shipping fee to pay another shipping fee to return an item. I've run into this problem before and it makes me rethink why I should continue ordering from you. Not only that, you've made me jump through hoops just to get something returned....Amazon and Walmart do free return shipping, why can't you????

Placed my order over a week ago and it still has not shipped. At the time I said nothing about my product being out of stock so (according to the email confirmation for my order) it should have shipped in 2-4 days.
