Top of webpage said “free shipping” for orders over $125. When I went to place my order it said the promo didn’t apply. Deceptive advertising.

I use the Becks bed pads as potty pads for puppy training. They are awesome and beat the heck out of those silly disposable paper things. Those end up as tear-up toys. Becks takes the headache out of the procedure.

Placed an order and never received an order confirmation email and I never received the product. I emailed customer service from their website and never received a response. When I login to my account, the order is there with an order number so I know it went thru, but no status update available. The only communication I received from this company was this "voice your opinion" survey. Update: I sent another email and they responded that the order was on back order. I had to cancel the order.
