Allegro Medical always handles my orders correctly and in a timely manner. My items came in quickly and were packaged properly so they weren't damaged.

I found the site was very easy.

My ATM/DEBIT card has been run 7 times and shows pending the full amount of my order of $63.80! They claim don't run the card for the amount until they ship yet it's been run 7 times!!! I'm on a fixed income and pay ALL my monthly bills when it gets direct deposited to my account. They last they did the same they but only ran it once for the full order total. Then charged again when they shipped it!!! The first charge in which they claim they run to check that it's a current card to avoid fraud (they should just charge $1 when checking) I was charged an NSF FEE because they ran it more then once! This process needs to stop! Put a real person in to monitor the online orders 24/7 might help to stop this crazy nonsense! I demand they release the hold on the charges they've ran!

Their delivery took a very long time, I ran out of the product I need for daily survival. Their service was beyond poor with this matter. I had to search everywhere for the product and was unable putting me in serious situation. So very, very poor from Allegro Medical. I will never give them my money again!!

When I went to check out, there was a message that read “Type in password at the bottom of the page.” I had entered my password where indicated, before the extra message regarding the password. Love how easy you make it to repeat past orders, by keeping both their details and my shipping/payment details on file even from an order I placed nearly two years ago. Only thing I don't like is how busy and messy the website is--how much effort it takes just to click on something without accidentally hovering over a drop-down menu that then takes three whole seconds to open. It's hard to admire a site's efficiency when you spend your whole time there with your fingers crossed.

I am able to find what I am looking for. When you're confined to a wheelchair finding what you need to live a meaningful life isn't always easy. Thanks for a little peace of mind.
