I just got the keys to my new place with Ad Hoc and am looking forward to my time in this property! Lauren and Martin have been very friendly from the beginning, and have made me feel comfortable. A couple of times it took a little longer than I would have liked to get hold of someone, given that finding housing is a bit stressful, but have always managed to get in touch eventually and once I have, I’ve been reassured! I have been provided with several ways of getting hold of Ad Hoc or other services should anything happen or I have any questions, so I am hopeful that my experience here will be good. Thank you Lauren and Martin for making my check in experience as simple yet thorough as possible and keeping me reassured at every point :)

Quick response to enquiry and very professional and quick install of a temporary camera and alarm system which gave time to arrange a longer term solution. Would definitely use again!

It was a great experience for me, Adhoc, made my housing experience so easy, Daryl Patterson made everything seems simple and straight forward, he was attentive enough to put me through the process and my move on was fantastic, Thanks to the branch Manager and Daryl, I would recommend ADHOC, the manager and Daryl over and over again.

Thank you Ad Hoc! I was in need of immediate accommodation, I had to move out of my old place quickly and I momentarily moved away. Lauren was excellent - she dealt with my requests (and my poor internet signal!) and we arranged an online viewing of the property. I can't express enough how grateful I am to Adhoc. I was facing delays with my referencing, and the thought of not getting my keys in time was incredibly stressful. However, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the agency especially Lauren from the Leeds office, for their exceptional service. She stayed with me on the phone and WhatsApp all day, providing updates at every stage. Even though it was a busy Thursday, she worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed, right up until 15 minutes before the office closed. Her enthusiasm and commitment were evident—she was genuinely happier than I was when everything finally got sorted! Because of her efforts, now I am able to get my keys on Friday, just in time to start my new job on Tuesday after the public holiday. If this agency hadn't gone the extra mile, it would have been a complete disaster. If you're looking for a letting agency that truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend this team. Viewed a recently vacated (1 preceding day!) impressive Vicarage with stunning gardens Friday AM and I was moving in 72 hours later. Process fast tracked as I was previously residing in an Ad Hoc managed property... and newly empty properties risk attracting unwelcome interest. Credit to Craig and colleagues at the Leeds office for managing my property transfer so smoothly and professionally.

Trina was the one helping me, and from the first day that i interacted with her, she was lovely, whatever she promises you, you get, with smile. I will recommend that before you let out the units, you check them thoroughly to ensure they are ready to be let. The toilet of the room i occupied was disgustingly filthy, i am yet to tell Trina about it, as well as the bathroom nearer to my room, but other than that the service was good. Thank you

I love Adhoc. The best guardianship property providers. Everyone was extremely helpful and assisting. I have tried several companies but decided to continue with Adhoc because they all were Sooo nice and professional.

I had to leave a wonderful property in Peterborough. I was working in London paying rent in Peterborough and a room in London. I just couldn't afford both. I applied to Ad Hoc. I was constantly kept in touch. Charlie Mcmonagle was the business he was transparent he didn't raise my hopes he was frank and truthful. I wasn't sure after seeing the property I would get it. It was close to my work but there were other people interested. Charlie gave me first refusal as I applied quickly. I accepted but still had no idea it would work out. Nothing was too much trouble he went over things so I was in no doubt and kept me informed. I liked his directness and no nonsense which enables you to be absolutely clear about what you are doing. It went through and now I can't wait. Thank you non nonsense Charlie magic !

Kasia Korona from Ad Hoc Birmingham branch is by far the most professional and caring person I've came across out of all letting agencies. Very helpfull and quick to respond to emails, calls etc. Many thanks to Kasia for making my life easier.

The sites I stayed as a property guardian were excellent. Generally well maintained.
