I recently moved into a new flat with Ad Hoc Property, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their service has been outstanding, and the support I’ve received has been exceptional. I want to give special thanks to Julius Attere and Dean Tidy, who have been incredibly professional and friendly throughout the process. They made the transition smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Julius made my induction very easy, The whole process was over and done within a half an hour.

I have dealt with Rebecca from the start and she has been an immense help to myself especially and within the house; she is also thought highly of by others within these premises. Being that constantly cheerful hasn’t hurt either.

From my initial contact with Lauren right through to arranging the date for my checking in at the property, Lauren has been superb. It started well with a clear and concise explanation of what being a property guardian entails. She met myself and my daughter at the house and showed us around answering all questions we posed to her. We managed to sort everything on the spot as the house was perfect for me. Subsequently Lauren helped throughout the referencing process, keeping me up to date on what was happening and time frames. From our 1st contact with Lauren in early September, we have been impressed by the time and care that the team, particularly Lauren and Martin, have demonstrated throughout the application process, which in our case was not completely straightforward. They were generous with their time and support. We are moving into our 1st Ad-Hoc property shortly and are looking forward to taking up our new roles as guardians.

I first rented with Adhoc late 2021 and found it to be good, but after that property closed, they went downhill in my personal experience. I had to leave in the end and find something private last month. The last property I was in was a complete joke from start to finish and even the manager admitted to me on the phone it wasn't good, still had to pay full rent though, that's something they don't scrimp on! We had no bin collections for approx 4 months. A hanging wire in the stairwell was found to be live nearly a year into the tenancy. Fire alarm and legionnaire's disease water system maintenance wasn't carried out for long periods of time, but signed off on the paperwork. There were plenty of false promises made by staff (mainly Trina), some just blatant lies. The maintenance side of things was probably the worst, with minor and major issues taking such a long time to be fixed/resolved. There were so many tenants moving in and out it was so hard to keep track of who was supposed to be there, which is a big part of property guardianship. We were never informed of who the current tenants actually were. Private information about fellow guardians was divulged and I even learnt the code to all of the keys in the building due to incompetence. It's sad because it has all the potential of being a great way to live, but in the southwest it's run very poorly, leaving people vulnerable.

The manager Trina was very helpful and gave a kind guidance. By the way the cost is very helpful for me to manage my life. Thank you.

What an amazing service! Our small social enterprise became Property Guardians of a premises and it has been absolutely brilliant for us. The scheme is ideal and offers flexibility and low-risk as well as excellent value. It allowed us to test out our services for our local community. Nikki, Daryl, and Dave, are all superbly responsive, kind and helpful. They work quickly and professionally to solve any queries or problems and are supportive. Believe this reviews at your own peril! This company is absolutely the worse. Ripped me off my hard earned money for a dirty rat infested house I couldn’t spend a night and yet had the audacity to hold my money! And trust me they delete their negative reviews just so you all know this and know peace. Rent elsewhere!

I don't usually give bad reviews, but I'm really annoyed this time. They're hard to get hold of. They're always so busy it makes me wonder if they're short staffed. I was looking for a new room and found this big room for a really good price. However, after I went through all their very thorough checks they told me more than 2 weeks later that they had problems with their HMO licence and I had to find another place. They also told me they would give me back the holding fee. This happened in August this year and I'm still waiting for it now. It really annoys me because landlords would freak out if their tenants don't pay their rent on time, but we're supposed to wait months for them to give us back what they owe.

Another excellent, very professional check-in with Federica, we can't praise it enough. It's our third property with Ad-Hoc which we consider a great alternative of flexible accommodation, although the price/fee for couples could be lower( considering the big size of some rooms) avoiding couples to rent two rooms. A big room rented for 600/650 to a couple and a single for 400/450 to a single, seems even more profitable than renting two to a couple for 450 each. Unless they fight often :), a couple will end up using only one of the rooms most of the time and common areas of the property to cook, eat, read...A special mention to the maintenance Ad-Hoc staff (Mark and Claire) always very kind and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a room from ADHOC, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Mr Daryl. From the initial renting process to my check-out, he was incredibly responsive and attentive. Any questions i had was answered promptly, and he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beautiful house or room to rent with a fantastic property manager who truly prioritizes their guests, look no further ADHOC is a gem! 😃👍🏻
