I can't express enough how grateful I am to Adhoc. I was facing delays with my referencing, and the thought of not getting my keys in time was incredibly stressful. However, thanks to the dedication and hard work of the agency especially Lauren from the Leeds office, for their exceptional service. She stayed with me on the phone and WhatsApp all day, providing updates at every stage. Even though it was a busy Thursday, she worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed, right up until 15 minutes before the office closed. Her enthusiasm and commitment were evident—she was genuinely happier than I was when everything finally got sorted! Because of her efforts, now I am able to get my keys on Friday, just in time to start my new job on Tuesday after the public holiday. If this agency hadn't gone the extra mile, it would have been a complete disaster. If you're looking for a letting agency that truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend this team.
