Lauren Smith-Jones - incredibly helpful!
From my initial contact with Lauren right through to arranging the date for my checking in at the property, Lauren has been superb. It started well with a clear and concise explanation of what being a property guardian entails. She met myself and my daughter at the house and showed us around answering all questions we posed to her. We managed to sort everything on the spot as the house was perfect for me. Subsequently Lauren helped throughout the referencing process, keeping me up to date on what was happening and time frames.
