Great taste! Full of Energy

Great taste, clean, fresh, very smooth, evaporates off my tongue. Having experienced drinking 12 glass bottles I was surprised how easily I drank them, within just a few days, usually I struggle to drink this much water. I'm currently waiting for my next delivery to arrive! 12 bottles every 2 weeks!....Since I ran out I've noticed my energy levels drop this week! So I'll be really interested to see if they pick up again when I'm back on it!...Hopefully my deliveries will be consistent I'd also be interested to know who owns Shropshire Water and the surrounding local land. It's for this reason I avoid Buxton water!

Beware of the added minerals

Tastes fine but after drinking one can a day for about a week, which didn’t do anything for reflux in a short space of time, but did do something for my bowels! If you are sensitive to added minerals then this isn’t for you. Magnesium can make do this to me but thought was low enough in the water not to effect me, but it has. I will still drink just maybe one or two cans a week but won’t be buying again when I finish my current stock.

Decent taste but sports passes are trash

Water tastes fine - am part way through 48 bottles - very drinkable and tentatively helping my acid reflux. Is it better than an antacid tablet? Jury’s out. Sports passes are rubbish though mainly taster sessions that you’d typically get for free anyway and very limited options - but you only find this out after you’ve made the purchase, of course.

I ordered this as their Instagram…

I ordered this as their Instagram advert quotes "no heartburn, no reflux" So I've been drinking this constantly ordering a box of 24. And have experienced no improvement at all of my acid reflux sadly. Taste is fine so I've been able to get through it but I've just paid £20 for water that tastes as good as my tap (which is filtered) and no other benefits. So I feel a bit stupid falling for the social media marketing.

Seen the advertisement on FB and…

Seen the advertisement on FB and decided to give it a try. I have 3 very active sons and we all are very much enjoying the drinks so far. I purchased the 24pk, four varieties of flavours and will definitely be ordering more soon

Such a shame!!!

Initially when I had subscribed, everything was fine with ordering and delivery. Unfortunately more recently I've had issues with delivery partners not delivering when they should be, lack of communication, i contacted yodel who said ActiPh hadn't sent them any correspondence until the day before. Which lead to my 4 days late delivery there's no contact directly for customer service, you have to email and await a response, they've had to compensate me £10 I mean it's not even enough for a pack of water, which is quite insulting, bearing in mind this shan't reflect into my account until 7-10days. For the price of the water, this should not be happening. I have now unsubsribed for redelivery on 2 items and contemplating completely deleting my account with you guys. On another note, they sell you a dream of becoming an ambassador, when you contact them, they fob you off. Saying someone will be in touch with me, I've waited over a year and still have proof of the messages sent by your colleagues stating this and I've just had enough and no longer want any part of this. I've spent £££ for months now for a service that isn't what it actually is.

Firstly the service delivery was…

Firstly the service delivery was fantastic I had bought 2 cartons before, from H&B and the packaging was appalling and disheartening. Buying directly from Actiph-water completely changed my previous view and notion Secondly, when I made this purchase, it was misconstrued as a recurring purchase. I was impressed with the way the customer service resolved the situation and changed it to one off purchase However, I'm very impressed with the quality of the water and Iplan to start with 6months recurring now Thank you
