Great taste! Full of Energy

Great taste, clean, fresh, very smooth, evaporates off my tongue. Having experienced drinking 12 glass bottles I was surprised how easily I drank them, within just a few days, usually I struggle to drink this much water. I'm currently waiting for my next delivery to arrive! 12 bottles every 2 weeks!....Since I ran out I've noticed my energy levels drop this week! So I'll be really interested to see if they pick up again when I'm back on it!...Hopefully my deliveries will be consistent I'd also be interested to know who owns Shropshire Water and the surrounding local land. It's for this reason I avoid Buxton water!

Beware of the added minerals

Tastes fine but after drinking one can a day for about a week, which didn’t do anything for reflux in a short space of time, but did do something for my bowels! If you are sensitive to added minerals then this isn’t for you. Magnesium can make do this to me but thought was low enough in the water not to effect me, but it has. I will still drink just maybe one or two cans a week but won’t be buying again when I finish my current stock.

Decent taste but sports passes are trash

Water tastes fine - am part way through 48 bottles - very drinkable and tentatively helping my acid reflux. Is it better than an antacid tablet? Jury’s out. Sports passes are rubbish though mainly taster sessions that you’d typically get for free anyway and very limited options - but you only find this out after you’ve made the purchase, of course.

I ordered this as their Instagram…

I ordered this as their Instagram advert quotes "no heartburn, no reflux" So I've been drinking this constantly ordering a box of 24. And have experienced no improvement at all of my acid reflux sadly. Taste is fine so I've been able to get through it but I've just paid £20 for water that tastes as good as my tap (which is filtered) and no other benefits. So I feel a bit stupid falling for the social media marketing.

Poor customer service

Empty promises 2 days promised delivery but never happened. I now remember why I cancelled the previous order many moths ago. Yep. They didn’t deliver. Obviously don’t value their customers and now I think I will cancel again. . I received your reply which was amusing and confusing. The order was placed under my Name Docherty Order was placed on Amazon

Used twice now been very happy with the quality although this delivery my multi vit cans where all smashed in and dented one had a slight leak Maybe next time add some better packaging for transport Overall good delivery again

Great service

Great service - 2 days but the delivery just dumped it on my doorstep without even knocking . I drank a litre so easily and because I have SIBO ( Small intestinal bacteria overgrowth ) I get very bad acid reflux / bloating and on a strict diet - I have to drink 2.5 litres of water a day and this is such lovely clean water . I can taste a slight salty taste on my lips ( sodium I guess ) - is it safe to drink this much Bicarbonate and magnesium or should I litre be the limit per day ? I know it’s just water but do the minerals added make a difference ? I am impressed so far and have subscribed

It has taken a while for me to start…

It has taken a while for me to start buying Actiph - I am having cancer treatment at present and it is now my go to water. Exceptional in taste and quality , nicely promoted and the bottles are easily opened and sealed. Thank you. An admirer of Jamie D-H and his team for bottling and riding the waves!

A Fencer’s Go-To for Hydration

Not actually alkaline

The bottle claims pH 9+ but when tested with universal indicator strip the pH was 7 - which is neutral and indistinguishable from tap water.

Very poor delivery experience and communication

Ordered 2 items, only received one and after contacting the courier (DPD) to find out it was damaged in transit and returned to the seller and that Actiph would be informed on their system as i was told by dpd. However they were not aware and after not hearing anything from them i sent an email to say are they aware to which they replied they did not get notified, and only knew when i sent my email out to them. A replacement was sent only to be not delivered after tracking on yodel it was cancelled up until the delivery time, again no communication on anyones part to inform me. I sent another email and they said it would be sent out, finally received what i ordered after nearly 2 weeks. I would not be ordering again as this was such a hassle going back and forth with both delivery company and seller. As you can probably tell from the other reviews, everyone has pretty much had the same experience and nothing has been improved as it is evidently happening on a consistent basis. Refund received and rectified. Good customer service contact from them on their part.

Won't be ordering again

I ordered twice and both times there were significant delivery issues. The first time only 1 of the 2 boxes were delivered. No communication from Actiph. I had to chase them to find out that a box had been damaged in transit, and I had to chase again to find out when the replacement would be delivered. More issues with the second order which resulted in a complaint to Actiph. I sent the complaint addressed to the Manager 2 weeks ago, no-one bothered to reply. Update 15.02.24 in reply to Actiph Water's response: No-one from Actiph Water has contacted me since, especially since you have not requested my email address nor my order details, so that's a lie! Also your response doesn't excuse the fact that I still had to chase you repeatedly for a second delivery date once I informed you that my order was missing. Why do customers have to contact you about missing/faulty deliveries? As an internet based business you should be checking orders have arrived safely, contacting customers if not. It seems you are happy to take our money but don't care if we receive the goods. Judging by the numerous bad reviews, missing and broken Actiph packages happen all the time. Why would you employ a delivery service who regularly break your products and don't tell you about it? Also from research, I've discovered that your method of creating ionised water is not good and there are better options out there. I do not recommend Actiph Water, they obviously don't care about their customers. Further to my earlier update in light of Actiph's response 16.02.24: So you admit that you received my complaint but still chose to ignore it. This firmly falls into the 'don't care' category. What do you call a company who keep saying they have contacted you when they have not? Nothing in my spam folder. I have not received notification of a refund either...... I think that fully justifies my use of the word 'liar'.

Disappointing Experience with Actiph Water - Customer Service and Delivery Issues

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Actiph Water. After making my purchase, I was looking forward to trying their product. However, my order never arrived. Upon contacting the delivery company, I was informed that my package was damaged in transit. They advised me to reach out to Actiph Water for resolution. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with Actiph Water have been met with silence. Despite several emails seeking assistance and a resolution, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and customer support is extremely frustrating. It’s disheartening when a company does not stand behind their delivery process or engage with customers facing issues. A simple acknowledgment and proactive approach to resolving such matters would greatly enhance the customer experience. I am left feeling neglected as a customer and would caution others about the potential challenges of dealing with Actiph Water, especially regarding their customer service and handling of delivery issues.
