Such a shame!!!
Initially when I had subscribed, everything was fine with ordering and delivery. Unfortunately more recently I've had issues with delivery partners not delivering when they should be, lack of communication, i contacted yodel who said ActiPh hadn't sent them any correspondence until the day before. Which lead to my 4 days late delivery there's no contact directly for customer service, you have to email and await a response, they've had to compensate me £10 I mean it's not even enough for a pack of water, which is quite insulting, bearing in mind this shan't reflect into my account until 7-10days. For the price of the water, this should not be happening. I have now unsubsribed for redelivery on 2 items and contemplating completely deleting my account with you guys. On another note, they sell you a dream of becoming an ambassador, when you contact them, they fob you off. Saying someone will be in touch with me, I've waited over a year and still have proof of the messages sent by your colleagues stating this and I've just had enough and no longer want any part of this. I've spent £££ for months now for a service that isn't what it actually is.
