Mark Terrel guided the process until we got exactly what we requested. He patiently presented numerous proposals. J'ai pour la première fois fait appel à Above 9 et je dois dire que je suis agréablement surprise par leur professionnalisme. J'étais un peu inquiète à l'idée de m'engager sana connaître cette entreprise. Robert a été très rassurant et présent, il a très vite compris m'a demande et a ensuite fait en sorte que je sois rassurée sur la finalisation de l'achat de mes billets.
