Great Travel Agent
Dealing with Above 9 Travel was so easy. As a frequent flyer I have dealt with some horror travel agents. At Above 9 I dealt with Enzo Antony and couldn’t ask for a more helpful and professional travel agent. He asked all the right questions and found the best trip for us for a better price than I found. I will use Enzo & Above Travel for our next trip.

I booked a ticket with this company at first they sent me an offer, I got back to accept it and paid for it including the travel protection a day later the agent contacted me saying that the offer was not available anymore that they are only good for 30 minutes so he sent another one 476£ more expedited which I accepted so happened that the airline lost my baggage and I contacted Above9 to file a claim but not Above9 not the airline has responded this happened on 02/05/25 so I don’t why they offer a travel protection if they don’t honor it. Update, I have read your response the baggage was not returned after 96 hours I think you are trying to dodge the fact that your travel protection is worthless,

Hesitant at first...
Was referred to Above9 by a friend who had used them frequently for international flights. I've always been leery of third-party booking entities (consolidators etc.), particularly someone with a FL cell phone who was stationed in Latvia, however, in speaking to Ace Young (aka "Ace") it was apparent he was well versed in the intricacies of finding the best rates, flights etc. He was EXTREMELY responsive, working US hours from Latvia; patient with my questions and hesitancy; always accommodative. In spite of an incredibly competitive fare direct from United Airlines, Ace was able to work his magic and secure me a savings of over 10% beyond that. So far, so good.
