I was searching for a cheap ticket…
I was searching for a cheap ticket online for a family trip when I came across Above9, I was sceptical initially and searched for reviews on line. I must say it has been a very nice service Enzo Antony was patient and calm even when I have asked him to call back while I was at work.He looked for the best connections and I have just confirmed my flights with the airlines using the reservations he gave me. Great service.

An Adventure
My husband and I are traveling to Tromso Norway. Literally at the top of the world. We didn't know it was so far up north. We want to see the northern lights. When we found out how far it was we knew we had to fly business or first class. Mark from Above 9 got incontact with us and helped get our flights. He had a challenge to work out how to get us from Texas, USA to Tromso Norway. There are no direct flights to Tromso from the USA. So Mark searched several airports air flights and times. We communicated a lot and Mark worked it out. He found a flight from the closest airport to us. It will get us to Tromso on the day we requested ( which is amazing) Because it takes 2-3 days to travel there. And if that wasn't hard enough Mark got a flight back to the USA and because it had a very long lay over he booked us a night at a hotel right by the airport. It was like putting a hard puzzle together but Mark succeeded. We really appreciate all his help and getting us a good price on Business class seats.

Ace was a nice gentleman that answered all my questions and got me a good deal for my upcoming trip, including my return flight with my preferred airline that was not available for my initial departure. I admit I was skeptical at first, but everything went through as he stated. The process was seamless and fast. Thank you, Ace!! I will definitely use Ace and above 9 for future international travels!

My agent (David N) was very supportive, professional and patient while I found the right flight for me - even when things went wrong, he persevered until all was final. He was also not pushy or desparate as some are! He always responded in a timely manner and was very pleasant to deal with. Just what you need in an agent!
