Haven't used a travel service for many years... taking a trip to Bali next spring. Martin was able to secure great business class tickets for thousands less than I was finding online. Great service!

Booking tickets
Our travel consultant was very communicative and helpful in getting us good prices on tickets. However, appears the consultant isn’t the one booking tickets, they have a back office team that do all the final bookings. Example. We received our flight itinerary and all looked good. Luckily I was a member of one the airlines and checked my flights on their web site and found I was booked on a later flight vs. my itinerary. If I had not doubled checked we would have gone out to the air 12 hours early. Fortunately they corrected the mistake and we now have a good flights.

The agent was so helpful
Robert was helpful and called to change my seats a week later when I realized my window seat had a person next to me in business class. He and his supervisor were helpful in arranging lodging for my arrival in the middle of the night.

Great rate and support when things go wrong
Our friends use Above9 for their travels to Europe all the time. We used them for a trip to Madagascar. Silvester was very helpful in getting us the best rates. Then a week before travel, several flights were cancelled. He went above and beyond working on his vacation to help resolve the flight problems to our satisfaction.
