Ask for Fred at Above9 Travel - very good service
I stumbled across Above9 Travel whilst looking for more reasonable business class fares. I got in touch and was helped by Fred - who was very prompt, professional and helpful throughout. Fred found me some excellent international fares and was patient with me as I looked to maximise convenience with my choice of airports and arrival/departure times. All went well and I ended up with some very well priced tickets that are going to be just right for us.

Flight cancelation saga
We booked this route before and it was more expensive. We decides to try Above9 Travel and was able to get me Business Class on the flight my wife and I requested for an acceptable cost. I became ill and could not make the flight. Wells contacted me with a plan. If the flight is cancelled we lose all the fund to the airlines. But he wanted to try and get us a voucher arrangement to be used within a year. If it works, then we will be going to Ireland this summer.

Great Research and Options
Adam, our consultant was great. Very responsive & detailed. Asked many questions to understand what we were considering for our multi-city flight package. He came back with many options, varying classes, airlines and costs that proved invaluable in our thought process of what was most important to us. We did not complete the booking in the end so i cannot speak to the completed experience. Reason being how far in the future the trip was and there were multiple travelers with other experiences. I did appreciate that the offer included the option for travel insurance in the case of disruption. I would use Above9 again to buy a nearer term business class ticket for myself.

Keeps spamming me with emails
This company keeps spamming me after taking around $12,000 from my church after I had to cancel 62 flight tickets only TWO days after the Israel-Gaza war started. I have repeatedly told them to stop emailing me, yet they shamelessly won’t stop. I also will be reporting them to the FTC. Edit 12/9/24: Tom, I spoke with Delta personally at the time, due to the poor communication and continual runaround I was being given by Above9. Delta informed me that there were NO cancelation fees for flights to Israel due to the fact that a WAR was actively taking place and no flights were going to Israel anymore. It is a untrue to say Delta charged you a cancellation fee, since this was also in their public policy, which is very easy to look up (I actually attached the link to Delta’s announcement of refunding agencies, but Trustpilot doesn’t allow links. In that case, simply google “delta fully refunding all flights to Israel” and see the first results.) Above9 still took advantage of the vulnerability of their customer and took $12,000, claiming that I should have purchased YOUR insurance. Even Delta was fully refunding, but Above9 didn’t. Also, note the following: On 12/5/23, I emailed your employee, Donovan Rose, the following: “Hello, please unsubscribe me from marketing emails or promotions.” He responded that he would do so. Since then, I received two more emails from him. Additionally, you yourself emailed me on 10/16/24. I responded 16 min later: “Stop emailing me. I will never use you again. Donovan Rose took $12,000 from me due to the war in Israel for one day of work. Never email me again or I will take further action, as I have unsubscribed form this business before. Fr. Matthew” Since then, you have still emailed multiple times. Additionally, I did use your unsubscribe link multiple times, but either that was ignored, or it needs to be fixed.
