14 hours before departure
14 hours before departure, an unfortunate glitch happened to our airline reservations for our flights from Miami to Manila and back. It’s probably the worst nightmare one can have for any trip that’s been planned way in advance. Joe Godwin, the supervisor for Above 9, stepped right in to rectify and rebook our flights in warp speed that allowed us to depart as scheduled. He was calm, reassuring, professional, kind, accommodating, compassionate and totally confident in his ability to work wonders to resolve our problem. His rapid emails and quick response to all our concerns in the course of a limited time frame was nothing short of a miracle. Joe, we salute you, we are forever grateful to you and we are clients of Above 9 for life because of what you pulled off to help us. You certainly earned more than the 5-star rating this review gives.

My full and final endorsement - if you need to book business travel and are as hesitant and unsure and indecisive as me, with an ever-changing schedule... Above9 is my go-to.. possibly forever...
Had never heard of Above9 but have been trying to plan a trip for more than 6 months now, and finally booked yesterday but the time my consultant, Fred Marco, spent on this for me, his patience, and extraordinary politeness given I could go days or weeks without managing to reply to his questions, has really shamed me into thinking how much work he put into it to make sure he delivered a complicated trip - which changed (my indecision...) all the time - and now I have finally pressed the button, I am incredibly grateful. Fred - if I had a personal travel agent, it would be you hands down,. and more than happy to suggest any friends or colleagues contact you when travelling in business class (and they won't be as painful as me!)

Impromptu Flight schedule
ROBERT, thanks a lot. My wife’s and my flight were successful. We arrived in Dallas on time. Our return trips were also superb. Changing itinerary was flawless and we thank you very much for quick response to our requests to change schedules. I therefore thank you and your company for effectiveness, and this includes the previous flights as well.

Excellent Customer Service
I will admit at first, I was worried about using this company as it is the first time I contacted a travel assistance group. My final flights are at a much better cost with only one stop each way of my trip from USA to Europe and back than I found when researching various avenues myself. Mine was not a simple round trip as I will fly into one city and return from another city. The experience was very satisfactory and trustworthy. I had personal service with one agent assigned to my request, Oscar, providing personal care and paying close attention to my requests rather than having to repeat myself with different agents each time I called. Oscar maintained frequent contact with me by phone and email daily to provide updates to progress of his search, provide me with several options to review, and kept the cost as low as possible for my European trip. He did not book final tickets until he obtained my approval to do so. Oscar was never "pushy" or overbearing. He was polite, friendly, and very patient with me in finding exactly what I requested. In fact, I did not feel pressured to remain with Above9 if I felt they were not a good fit for me. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, and I fully recommend Above9 Travel for assistance with finding the best flights available.
