Thank you Suzanne and Abbey Travel

Our Lapland trip was absolutely magical, and we owe a huge part of that to Abbey Travel – especially Suzanne, who was simply outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I considered booking our trip to Lapland, Suzanne was incredibly patient, helpful, and always honest with her advice. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our questions (no matter how small!), and made sure we had realistic expectations – which actually made the whole experience even better. The trip itself was unforgettable – meeting Santa, husky sledding, reindeer rides, and the stunning snowy scenery. Thank you, Suzanne and Abbey Travel, for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

Lovely service

Got in contact to change dates and had such a fast and efficient change around! Leslie was a superstar and was able to change everything shockingly quick, never thought the process would be so smooth. I’d be happy to recommend to anyone to use abbey travel, it’s easy to use, the agents are extremely helpful and easily contacted. Fab service.

Very last minute excellent 6 nations trip delivered

Four weeks before a 6 Nations match in Rome I rang Abbey Travel to see if there would be any possible availability. Paul was able to put together the perfect package for us. He understood straight away what my parameters were and what would work for us. He was very informative, directly contactable, which was hugely useful. I will definitely be ringing Abbey next time we are planning a holiday, particularly a sports trip.

Recently travelled to Rome with Abbey Travel and dealt with Paul. They were very efficient and made the whole experience v enjoyable. I appreciate they have no control over flight delays etc but from Start to finish they could not have made the trip any easier. Excellent travel company.

So So helpful. a great way to book a holiday.

From the moment i rang to enquire about a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia i felt i was on the right track, very very helpful. i had done my homework and knew what i wanted and what kinda help I needed. After a quick chat and a few questions with a lady called Sarah i made my mind up and started the procedure to book the trip and then extend it by two days. Paid the deposit by phone then went to their office few days later in Abbey Street to finalise the details. Painless. its great to deal with people who know their stuff and fill in the gaps that i had not thought off.. well done. Im very happy,

From the get go joann has been brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. Return a call when she said she would, gave good advice re places to stay. Flights ect Anybody thinking of holidays, contact abey travel, and in particular , joanne will get you On your way.
