If I could give zero stars I would. I've not even used this company yet and I've already wasted hours trying to register on their portal. They only appear to have one phone number. You spend ages going through security questions to get through to an agent who then pops you back into the queue and have to go through the whole process again. Then you get a recorded message saying wait times are zero minutes. This is the 7th time I've tried to get through and I've currently been on hold for 45 minutes. Avoid !
It is incredible how quick the whole process took without pestering me too much questions or work to do.

You are a reactive and not pro active company. There was no dedicated person for my case, It took far too long to get completed so i have had to pay the expensive monthly floating interest rate for over 2 months at 9% !!

I’d imagine reviews on here are very subjective, the more complicated your mortgage application, the more issues you’re likely to run into which then challenges companies like this.
Mine was a very simple move and with the help of the new digital deeds resulted in a very quick turnaround.
Did as they said they would do in time scales they said they would. Not much to say which I guess with legal services is a good thing. Spoke in person to a couple of different people who were polite and informative. Can’t complain really
Optima Legal successfully completed the legal work for our re-mortgage application on behalf of our bank. Communications were mainly via an online portal which seemed impersonal at times but helped keep legal costs to a minimum and ultimately worked successfully
As an online service I found Optima to be absolutely brilliant. Clearly laid out online portal meant I was able to track the entire remortgage process easily. In the one occasion I was confused about my next steps, the secure message I sent was replied to within 24 hours. Would absolutely recommend.
