What a horrible company. Incompetent! No sense of style, environment greedy poluters! How are these stores even selling.

We went to the Ross Park Mall and the sales associate who worked with my son was amazing! She was very patient and hardworking. Her sales associate # is CTO948. I wish I had gotten her name

I asked for a product in Europe. They said between 5 to 7. It was so fast days but i believed because I PAYED 25€ JUST FOR THE SHIPPING. But this was not the worst, after 20 days of waiting, they send me a message that I SILL NEED TO PAY 35€ FOR TARIFF, that noone told me before and if they told me it was in super little letter. They should make shure you get the full price before you start with the hole adventure.
I’ve never had an issue buying from Zumiez. I receive the items in less than 2 weeks and the clothing is of good quality. The sizes do run on the smaller side though, so definitely size up.
Update: they finally reached back out and fixed the issues and made things right! Ordered shoes size 10, received sandals size 11s Contacted customer service, emailed and called, no response, it’s been a week and still no answer. Don’t order from them.
We bought a pair jeans a 2 weeks ago and the loose jeans ripped after wearing thrice! Extremely Poor quality for the cost!
Ordered 10+ items and paid for express shipping. I was told I need to wait for all items to be consolidated before shipping, as this will save me customs money. When I said I don't mind paying customs twice (as it's only % of the value), they told me this wasn't possible. I'm guessing it would have cost them more. After what seemed like an online argument with customer service, I requested a full refund. fingers crossed that arrives
zumiez is my favorite store:) since i found out dollskill was problematic, i've been using zumiez a lot and i like that they carry a lot more of the brandsi like and i don't have to dig through pages upon pages of ugly clothes to find good items. when i want to get things from international brands, i check the zumiez website.thanks for the fast shipping on clothes and crazy shoes!
If I could give a minus review I would. Ordered a gift card on Sunday and contacted them via email within 30 minutes when I discovered I had entered the wrong email for the recipient. No response so I sent them emails on the 15th and 16th. Only response so far is they would contact me within 24 hours. Nothing and they charged my credit card. When I called twice and was put on hold for over 20 minutes each time then my call was disconnected. What the heck? So no help and I will never order anything from them again.
Abhorrent "customer service". Had a big issue with double shipping charge on my order which they argued and refused to fix. When I told the agent "Union" I would leave a review here, he mocked me and laughed it off.
I ordered a pair of $120 roller skates, waited for a week to arrive, and got a package in a very poor condition with 1 shoe missing. The box was old, flimsy , and taped in a very unprofessional way (I can live with that, but wait). The shoes I ordered only came in with one shoe in the box, the wraps were also opened. What a disappointment. I called customer service and they agreed full refund. However, I will never purchase anything at Zumiez any more. Such a waste of time.
Worst ever. Ordered from Germany 2 Shirts beginning of March. Package still didnt get shipped out yet. No answer when I sent E-Mail And on the phone they dont help you. Very very upsetting. Never again
Dont get excited too fast, cus if youre ordering from EU, either you wont get the package because its been delivered to a random adress in the US or youll be waiting months without any information. I just wish sites like this would do their job and everybody would be happy.

L'année dernière tout s'était bien passé. Au sujet des frais de douane je n'ai rien payé en plus par rapport à ce qui était annoncé sur la commande, on verra bien cette année. Je pense que je ne commanderai plus.
They can't ship a parcel for more than 3 weeks. Very long delivery, don't recommend it.
I wanted to order two shirts from this site to Germany that I couldn't find on any European website. I was really excited at first. But then, I did not receive a shipment confirmation email from them. When I tracked my package via order number, it still worked though. But a few days later, I track my package and it says delivered! Apparently my package has been shipped to some address in the US. I don't even know how they managed to do that. I've been trying to contact their customer service. I got no answer from them, but then I get an email asking "how would you rate our service?". So upsetting
I placed an order on Friday at the time of the release for the Limited Edition LRG DEAD SERIOUS hoodie in red/white and was able to place my order and my funds were captured without a problem. Today, I’m just receiving the email that my order couldn’t be fulfilled and I was refunded. The hoodies have sold out everywhere and are now at resell value. You shouldn’t be handling limited edition releases online or, your system shouldn’t be set up in a way to capture funds if you can’t fulfill the item ! Zumiez is at 100% fault for that bs. Now my Halloween is ruined.
If you plan on buying a lot online from this joke of a company please don’t. I got my first shipment delivered to the wrong address and my second shipment which was over 300 dollars has yet to arrive. Oh and if that isn’t enough to make you want to stay away. The first time I bought from here the delivery person wasn’t a mail man or a fed ex guy NOOOOO it was some old lady in her car with a couple packages crammed in her backseat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS TEMPTING AS THERE CLOTHES MIGHT LOOK
The manager at the Tilton Tanger outlet mall. Dose not work regularly, but changes the clock to look like she’s working. She makes the sales kids do her management job with her log in code. She spends more time in the bathroom than on the sales floor. Takes 2 hour long brakes and leaves sales kids alone. Takes more vacation time than the entire store put together.
I purchased a hoodie from the online store and it shipped super fast! When I opened the package, I noticed the hoodie had a red stain on it (likely from the graphic detailing on the hoodie itself). I called Customer Service and Morgan assisted me. He was so helpful, kind, professional and attentive. Thank you so much for your incredible customer service Morgan!
