Sorry to see the bad reviews but wanted to share the wonderful experience I had...and no, I do not work for this company! I ordered a pair of Asics sneakers on Sunday and they came Tuesday afternoon. The sneakers are in pristine condition and the best price online. Thank you!
Pretty sure the positive reviews were written by employees! They took my money with no product! I have contacted the attorney general in my state to see what I can do. My best friend is a lawyer and is willing to write a letter to the state. Theft and scams are ridiculous from hard working people. Signed, I will see you in court

I had some Starter FastBreak shoes shipped to Australia, and they came in fine with the small chain around them. I'm not sure why there are so many complaints, and I was worried that Zumiez was a scam, but they arrived on time and in perfect condition. Legit website.
I feel bad for those who had a bad experience but I had quite the opposite over Memorial Day weekend I bought lots of sports bra’s from PSD which they were on for $7 to $9 dollar which everyone who’s shopped there knows it’s expensive so the catch is most didn’t have the matching boy shorts so I went searching and found the matching bottoms on zumiez. I paid less than I would have from PSD and they were offering free shipping on all orders at the time to my surprise they boxers where at my house shipped and delivered in 2 days. Now nearly 10 days later and I just received the PSD matching sports bra. So I can attest it’s 100 percent real and I’m about to order another pair since you can also have them shipped to your local store if you have one free. So I’m a happy customer and now will have 3 matching PSD set’s thanks to zumiez!

I ordered a pair of sneakers. They arrived dirty and with clear signs of being used.
I ordered three items and only two of them were delivered. The third one (which was the most expensive one) never came. The last update I've got was it was some place in Pennsylvania. And keep in mind, I live in New York state, so why the hell has it taken over a month to get delivered and still has not been delivered. I tried to contact zumiez on more than one occasion about this and they either don't respond or tell me "there's nothing we can do about it". And now I'm extremely pissed cus I just got cheated a good chunk of money for an item I never received. They refuse to give me a refund. And its honestly sad because they sell really great stuff at zumiez, the problem is customer service is the worst. I'm never getting from here again.

Annoying how zumiez does not notify you when a package has been delivered. Ordered to the store and it was delivered for a long time but I didn’t know until I tracked the package that it was delivered

Had very bad luck with other online companies this year, glad I am able to give zumies a great review. Another online company gave me the run and round and ended up canceling my order, I found the shoes on zumies and tried one last time to get them. I ordered Saturday morning and selected 2 day shipping for an additional charge. Fully expecting the shoes to ship on Monday the first bisness day. Tuesday morning rolls around and they still haven't shipped and I thought here we go again. I went to their website and found a place to send an email so I did, and then I found a phone number and I called it and was surprised when someone answered the phone. When I ask about the shipping the were as surprised as I was. I was told I would be contacted by the end of the day. I was contacted and they solved the issue and shipped the shoes and I received them Thursday afternoon. Jenna did a great job communicating with me and zumies refunded the shipping cost. This is a good website with a solid customer service base.
I ordered several items and only received the two least expensive ones in seperate packages. I contacted Zumiez and was advised to call my bank as they delivered 2 packages. Despite explaining I was missing products they didn't care. The packages I received were sealed so there's no way someone removed items. It's more likely that the items were not put in to the package in the first place.
I placed an order on November 14, my order was shipped a day later and I already received my order on November 17 (EU/Netherlands). The ordered t-shirt was delivered in good condition and the size was also correct. Very happy with it! Excellent service Zumiez!
Fast international shipping, it’s true you gotta pay cumstom fees but it’s not their fault. Overall great experience
I will review with a 0, the girl on the Wilkes barre mall is super rude and they gave me a hard time tryin to change a size that doesn’t fit on my son, zumiez: The worst!!!!!

I entered the store with my friends some who are french and two of my friends were black. While our french friends were looking around we were waiting for them and just talking when an employee came up to us and asked if we needed looking for anything. We then responded by saying no we are just looking. Then she rudely replied by saying “It doesn’t look like you are looking.” Then we said we are waiting for our friends because they were looking at stuff. Then she just looked at us rudely along with her male co worker. We then left the store because we were very uncomfortable. If I was able to rate it a zero on this I WOULD! thanks:)
